“Indepdence has no stop lights and no regular, sit down restaurants (at least not that are ever open) BUT ... there are 2 food trucks serving great Mexican food. They're both really good and Lemon Food Truck has delicious offerings at a good price.“

“Happened to see Glenn's taco truck as we were driving through and decided to stop....great decision! The food was plentiful, the carne asada tender and the various salsa available were delicious. I would definitely stop again on our travels through the beautiful little town of Independence.“
