“One of two very good taco trucks in Independence. Thanks to being up in the mountains all day, we were able to try both of them the same day. Glenn’s was really good. I had standard carne asada tacos, and they were great. Salsa was good, Glenn’s has afternoon shade, and covered dining available.“
