Indepdence has no stop lights and no regular, sit down restaurants (at least not that are ever open) BUT ... there are 2 food trucks serving great Mexican food. They're both really good and Lemon Food Truck has delicious offerings at a good price.
This food truck sells amazing food! I would definitely recommend stopping if you’re on a roadtrip here! The workers are very kind and greatful 😊. I would come back here a lot more now that i know how good it is.
