Great staff - very friendly and quick service. Food was good - my chicken in the taquitos was a little under seasoned but the guacamole was amazing. The salsa with our chips was very good with only a little kick a which we enjoyed. Good food and well priced. Would go back for sure!

Saturday night.... The business closes at 9pm... The grill is off when arrive at 8:35. I had cheese enchiladas and soup. Plate was either microwaved or improperly prepared l, as the refried beans were cold in the middle. Cheese was rock hard and inedible. For crying out loud CLOSE at 8:30 if you decide to shut down. Felt bad for the server, she was very afraid to tell us.. Laziness by the cooks for sure.

I've eaten here a few times it's always good food and decently priced, the staff is helpful friendly and attentive, parking is a little sparce theirs a small lot in the back by the park for a few cars and limited parking in front on main Street.

My InLaws took my husband, son and myself here for dinner. The employees are very nice and answer all of our questions. The food was the absolute BEST AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! GO THERE! You will not be disappointed. If you live out out of town, its worth the drive! Your missing out! (5 of us ate dinner)

Went there with my wife and 2 year old son. We sat down and were handed menus and no chips. The guy said that the chips were out and they were trying to make more. The restaurant really wasn't that busy. Some people who are sitting in front of us finish their meal and left. The table was cleaned and a new couple came in and sat down they were served drinks beer and chips and we were still sitting there with nothing. We sat there for about 30 minutes since we had initially entered the kid never came back and checked on us and I got irritated and went up to the desk to talk to the lady working at. She made me wait like 5 minutes to talk to her. She said that they were understaffed and the guy that was working my table had stayed late past his dedicated time. She said there's nothing she can do for me and it is what it is. Multiple to-go orders were placed and received by people in the front lobby before we even got a drink which we did not get at all. They were either discriminating or just have trash service and food. Their menu is a mile long and extremely hard to read and choose from. Bad service, bad customer service bad food from this place. Avoid it

I truly wanted to have a good experience here as we don’t live too far away, in Somerset. I came here this evening with my family. When we walked in we were told to go ahead and sit anywhere. We did, for about 10 plus minutes without anyone even looking at us despite walking by our table many times (we were sitting right by the kitchen entrance). Brought some chips and salsa which tasted good, didn’t speak to us what so ever. Then after about 15-20 minutes someone finally came to take our order with absolutely no enthusiasm or even didn’t seem to want us there. Our food was tasty but we had 5 people and 2 forks. We asked 2 times and my husband finally had to just get up and grab them himself. I have worked in the service industry at numerous restaurants as well as us owning our own business for over 10 years and I can honestly say I think this was hands down the worst service I have ever received. They acted like they did not care whatsoever about keeping us as customers and that’s exactly what they will get. I will absolutely never give this place another penny of my money. I haven’t ever wanted to leave zero dollars for a tip and I was very close to doing just that. Absolutely the most awful service ever. I understand being understaffed, I understand having a bad day. There is absolutely no excuse for what myself and my family experienced today. If that is how they want to run their business it’s their choice but I don’t see that lasting without some change. Servers were a woman with ombré hair color and a younger guy with some tattoos on one arm. Not sure if they are just only nice to their local regulars but we could have been some of those if they didn’t act the way they did. Awful, awful, never again. And for 3 meals and 3 sodas it was almost $100…

My family and I stopped at Don Luis Mexican Restaurant on a spontaneous detour to a business meeting, and wow — what a great decision that was! I ordered a breakfast burrito, and it was hands down one of the most delicious I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor.
The atmosphere is also worth mentioning — it’s got the fun, casual vibe of a sports bar but with the polish and elegance of a 5-star restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, and everything about the place just felt welcoming.
If you’re in the area and craving authentic Spanish/Mexican food, look no further. Don Luis is the real deal. I’ll definitely be back!

Great authentic Mexican food! The sauces (mole) and the salsa was perfect. The prices were very reasonable and the servers were excellent. The place is busy because they are so good and they should consider having a full time phone answered as the phone never stopped ringing loudly.
