I come to this one all the time and they always get my order wrong unfortunately. Came today 11/30/25 @8:40 pm and the guy gave me the oldest cold curly fries and they and I asked for Nashville hot mozzarella sticks got regular cold ones really annoyed that they don’t pay attention to giving us our food warm at least. there was no one in line so there was no rush

The lady that was working was rude I went in with my 2 yr old granddaughter And I asked my granddaughter do you want nuggets or cheeseburger. She said nuggets. So I told her nuggets and she said okay the 5 piece I said yes. The kids meal. The order came up to over 50 and then she gave me our drinks first and they were all large. I said no the baby gets a kids size and proceeds to tell me they have no kid size and then I asked her for sauce for the nuggets. I looked in the bag and I didn't see the nuggets and she said no I ordered 5 chicken strips adult meal. I said no I didn't why would I ask a 2 yr old or even get a 5 piece strips. I said multiple times kids meal. And instead of correcting she walked away and ignored me and didn't come back to the front. Poor customer service. That meal was 14 bucks for a 2 yr old. Very rude

The women in charge of the drive thru is horrible, she thinks she own the restaurant, she doesn't know how to say thank you or your welcome, she is so rude, im not ever coming to this jack anymore! She's a horrible human being.

Currently here at the Jack in the Box . These guys have no one in line..... Basically dead. And the guy in the drive through still had me wait in the drive through waiting area. Poor customer service. Would not recommend

The service at this Jack in the Box is terrible. It's not the first time this has happened, and they treat you like they're doing you a favor by selling you food. I'd say maybe they were having a bad day, but it's not the first time this has happened to me.
Ordered online. Pulled up to drive-thru, and had to wait in curbside zones. Food was completed a half hour later, only after I went inside to ask about the order.

Horrible!! We are the only customers and it took her 10 minutes to take one order then ignore us to take a drive thru order and all be ordered was a drink. Doesn’t care that we were there first or even say sorry until wayyyy after. Horrible service do not come here unless you have hours to waste to take an order and stale food!

This place was very dirty inside when I went in the afternoon and there were three employees doing nothing but standing around talking I would not recommend this place it is so dirty the counters the tables the floors I would wonder if they wash their own hands. I was there on December 8th 2022 👎🤡
