I arrived here before closing time and the store was already locked and turned off. Both the app and the website says this location is open until 9PM. Good thing I didn’t order online before I came here or they’d keep my money and give me nothing. Employees seem to be bums who can’t complete their jobs. 1/21/26

Hours online show they open until 9pm. Quite a drive from where we live and only to show up at 7pm and they are closed with workers still inside. If there are new hours, then these hours should reflect online and people don’t waste their time driving here.

I went to go pick up my order at 7:30 pm and when I got there the manager said they were closed and they couldn't help me. Even though they said they close at 9pm. I will be pressing a complaint. I even paid for the food online and they still wouldn't serve me. I want a full refund on the 3 sandwiches I ordered which I have not gotten yet.

This location SUCKS! customer service sucks and sandwiches not so fresh.
Went into restaurant ordered my sandwich and a few minutes later I found out that they had put my sandwich on the pick up section like for Uber eats etc..so my food was just sitting there getting nasty. And JJ's staff like nothing happened horrible customer service!
Will be sticking with fresher and more flavorful subs and most of all way better customer service at Jersey Mike's.

Night Service sucks. The employees act nice but make sure to not have any bread available so they can tell you it will take 15 min to make. So that you can decide to leave rather than order. Twice this has happened to me.

We went 3 times this week and all 3 times they were closed early. I guess they close whenever they want. We even tried to order on line during business hours wouldn't let us so drove over there and they were closed 4 hours early. Guess it's back to Jersey Mikes

Super fast. I paid cash so it took me slightly longer and practically by the time we finished the other clerk handed me my sandwich. Definitely helps to make the most of that 30 min lunch
