Ordered on the app a $4.11 cent mocha. Stood in the curbside for about 7 minutes before I decided to call in and see what the hold up was. I was told the mocha was out, so I had to walk in for a refund...why wasn't I told this about 9 minutes before since the call took awhile to go through? When I went in, they refunded me for $4.06. I didn't realize till later, and Maria Velasquez, the manager, wouldn't give me the refund receipt until I asked for it. When I went to complete the survey I realized the difference. It has been 3 weeks and not ONE person from mcdonalds has bothered to contact me over the discrepancy, even though I completed the survey and asked for follow up. Maria even took off her badge when I asked to see her full name since her collar blocked it. I will NEVER order food from here. Everyother mcdonalds doesn't wait 5 hours to tell me something is wrong with my order. Thank goodness for that. At least refund me the correct amount after 10 minutes of dealing with you and having a rude manager to help me.
And just an update. It has been over a month and McDonalds has never contacted me, even though they still owe me money for this transaction. Horrible service.

All McDonald's are pretty much the same but what i think makes a difference is the people working. Saying Hello or a good morning or even how you doing goes a long way. At least the few times I have been to this McDonald's it's been like that.

I bought my wife and I took hamburgers when I got on the cooking fresh but they were like rubber I could eat them and my wife couldn't eat them Jayden me to the dogs and she won't eat the food has gotten very bad very cheap something I would not give my dog
I think it's a little bit ridiculous that you can order a drink from mcdonald's and they give you an empty cup when your order table service. They get $20 an hour to screw your order up, the least they could do is fill the drink up so that you don't have to get up especially when you have a disability.
