I have to go back and forth with a I believe she's a manager assistant manager maybe I don't know McDonald lovers tell me what's the difference between a sausage McMuffin and a egg McMuffin I don't know what's wrong with this lady but every time I ask for a sausage McMuffin she always gives me an egg McMuffin my order is a sausage McMuffin hash brown and small coffee she can't never get it right that every time I ask for it she gives me the wrong thing not me not every time I said yes you you the one who takes my order so just not pleased with her service other than that always clean and the food is always fresh and hot some of the girls here are really nice

Manager is totally unhappy there, and it shows. He'll see you waiting at the counter and walk right past you. I literally waited patiently for about ten minutes and he stiiiilll gave me attitude once he was finished doing what he was doing. Horrible customer service. Walked in and walked out. Why would I want to eat where I am not welcome?

This place blows! Waited for 20 mins to try and order food, was ignored the entire time. I made myself know and got their attention multiple times, just to be ignored! Eff this McDonald’s and its staff!!

Erika Diaz was rude. Ordered a meal and was told there would be an uncharge to make it a large, I agreed. Looked in my bag and got a small fry but large drink. Asked her to please correct the size. She said it doesn't come with a large fry but with a 4 piece chicken nugget. Asked her to substitute it because what we wanted was the large fries. (Pregnant daughter with a craving) she threw away our fries because I said there was no reason she needed to be going thru my bag and touching all my food. Aside from the delay, everything was getting cold. She just threw everything away and gave us fresh food. Complete waste of food. She could of aloud us to keep our food and substituted the small fries with large instead of the nuggets smh
