Hands down the absolute best McDonald's location I have ever visited and ordered from. I've been to many in my lifetime.
The food here is always fresh, hot, and accurate to order specifications. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and courteous.
What more can you ask for?
A rating this high is not something I give out much, if at all, because it's not a rating that is easily met. Most fast food places and McDonald's in particular don't maintain high standards. Especially post-COVID era and since the implementation of more automated services I feel the quality has gone down significantly overall.
However, the training and management at this specific location shows that there are still folks in this company who truly care and maintain high standards. Very happy with this team of people and the quality of the food they prepare. Keep up the great work guys.

Fast fast fast service!! Well at least the times I've gone. How am I suspected to know what's on the menu. Who burned that screen.
Update, the screen didn't get repaired, but at least they added a nice cardboard display.

Needed to use the toilet and restroom with a code so i decided to buy a small meal just to not steal the toilet service. Asked for the code this old lady with glasses wouldn't give it to me. So she opened it and then toilet busy so i went back out and told was occupied and the she says: there are two inside. And im like im not drugged there is only one toilet there and then she once again said there are two so my food was getting cold whole waiting on the toilet when finally done got out my food was missing tjen when i ask for it they just grabbed from somewhere like theyre planning on eating later who knows all cold 0, 0 customer service. Like most McDonald's in the USA. They should receive training in McDonalds Guatemala they do for real know what customer service is. Not wonder they dont hire older than 25 for their staff. But im the USA they just do the work because not other choice and they're getting paid great! CA $20hr for fast food workers and theu cant get the job done right?

I've called and complained numerous times about the Drive Thru menu being broken. Now, as a result of the menu being broken, McDonald's closed down that drive thru lane leaving only one lane open. This is causing a back up in the mornings making people late for work!!!! NOW THE OTHER MENU IS BROKEN!!!!! I just called again today 2/27/25 and I told them I'm tired of complaining and being late for work!!! It shouldn't take McDonald's 3 years to fix their broken Blacked out menu!!! SO NOW I'LL BE GOING TO JACK IN THE BOX ACROSS THE STREET!!!! Sorry McDonald's, you snooze, you LOSE!!!!
