Subway in Irwindale

“April (store associate) is who made my visit....I ordered catering, which through Subway's backend system apparently causes a delay when transmitting to the store. That didn't stop April and the team from having my order ready on time in convenient packaging!Everything wasn't exactly as ordered (veggies on the sandwich when no veggies were requested) but everything received was high-quality, ready to eat, and in a thoughtful presentation. I'll be back, they make catering easy and it was a fan favorite for the large team who devoured it!“

“I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always been treated extremely well. They even know the different sandwiches that I order with all the ingredients that I like. If I say tuna they prepare it just like I like it without having to be asked what ingredients I want. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have even witnessed how they allowed a person to pay later because she forgot her wallet!! You don’t see that kind of service anymore!!!“
