Customer Service is terrible. Ive never been to a place that treats their customers like they do.
Yes, the buffalo chicken cheese fries are a staple in IV and IV Deli Mart excels at them.
However, what they do not excel at is customer service. My experience with IV Deli Mart has consisted of, by far, the worst HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
