Ive gone to Kozy 2-3 times a week this quarter! I love this place, best coffee and pastries around! I get the honey vanilla iced latte and they always make it to perfection and so yummy. Staff is super friendly and get my order out so quick.

I got a dirty blended chai and it was literally pure milk. Got no caffeine buzz either and it was over 7$. For straight iced milk basically.
This place has the potential to be very good as the atmosphere is cozy and also the workers are very friendly. However, I have given this place many chances and I am always disappointed with the preparation of my coffee. I tried the Pumpkin Chai latte and not only was the drink lukewarm but it just tasted like they put a whole bottle of pumpkin syrup and 10 tablespoons of cinnamon. I love chai flavored drinks but this was not it. It seems like every time I get a drink from here, they overdo it on the flavors making it too sweet and not the right balance. They need to rethink their recipes and get the right ratio of ingredients to make the drink pleasant. The same thing happened last year when I took my friend here and she had to return her drink too because the flavors were too overpowering. On top of that, you are already paying a lot for a drink so it is frustrating that the drink is lukewarm and you can't even finish drinking it. I was better off making my coffee at home.

usually when me and my bf go in the mornings we get attended by a girl and she never charges us extra for caramel or gives us attitude but there was a guy he was charging extra and being rude totally ruined our morning. we need the girl back this guy is n not it
