The staff is really nice and patient when giving out recommendations. The baristas move fast during a rush so time goes by fast when waiting, they have great iced coffees and pastries!

I LOVE! This place. delicious housemate vanilla syrup and great quality matcha. Staff is so friendly and recognizes you. I go here a couple times a week and enjoy many things off their menu. However, they recently got rid of their large size cup. PLEASE PLEASE bring it back!!!!!!! Happy to pay an extra dollar, but 16 oz is not enough :( Please bring back!!!

I have been coming here since this summer and have loved that they have outside seating available. The couch outside is a perfect spot to read a book paired with coffee in the morning! I always stop in and get a light roast in the morning and their filter coffee has always been on point. Service is always fast and reliable.

Came in this morning and ordered a Cappuccino. The service was quick (albeit nobody was in line) and the art was fantastic! Kudos to the barista on bar. The baristas here were very friendly and brought the drink out to my table. Thank you for the friendly service!

The staff here were so insanely rude to me it's unbelievable. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a cafe in my life. The staff do not care about their customers and are blatantly disrespectful. The service would be more than enough to make me never go back, but I got a vanilla latte with oat milk (hard to mess up I'd say) and it was SO sour.. almost like the oat milk had gone bad or something? Maybe they gave me a bad drink on purpose I don't know, but I couldn't even drink it after two sips.
Tried out this new coffee place recently. I think it's the one of the better places in IV, and I've been back a few times. The toasted almond latte (I think that's what it's called) and it was really good. HOWEVER, this place seems to be severely understaffed. I've worked as a coffee barista for years, and to have one closer doing everything is ridiculous. It gets busy in the evening w/people studying and I feel bad for whoever gets stuck there alone. I wouldn't want to do that.

I've been to this cafe a couple times, usually around closing because I get late-night cravings for coffee. The coffee is great, but I'm disappointed that the shop only has one person closing and it's been consistently a woman?! I think this establishment needs to reconsider its priorities when respecting its workers before I continue to get coffee from this place.

First time trying KOZY this morning and I'm pleasantly surprised! The espresso was well rounded & full bodied and the flavor of the KOZY AF latte was bright but not overpowering. 10/10. Service was a little touchy but the latte made up for everything. Slay.
