Romaines is awesome. Never been there but salad isn’t that hard to mess up. I’m talking about their YouTube videos. They are god tier. They are everything marketing could ever hope to be. I love them.

It gets over shadowed but the food is wholesome here. I haven't gotten anything except the salads however; they have imitation crab meat in their line up of protein, which was refreshing from always getting chicken with my salads. You pay by the weight too. As for the UCEN it is a campus and it can get busy during lunch. It is a good place to mingle as professors, staff, administration and students are all eating here during lunch.
