This is one of the only places in campus that actually has vegan options. They have 4 burger options including a new vegan chicken sandwich that is now my favorite!

Greasy and messy double cheeseburger, with worrisome texture in the patty. Felt incredibly heavy in the wrong ways. Was not able to finish the mac and cheese, not the right flavor, or consistency. Overall disappointing 😕

Nice place to grab lunch on campus. The food is great, prices are very reasonable,and there are healthy options like a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It’s definitely a better choice than fast food.
I like Root 217 for their cheap and tasty black bean burger. It's healthy and filling, and while I love faux meat burgers, sometimes I miss the simplicity of a black bean burger.

Probably the best clearly-labelled vegan burger you're going to get in the area, since it has a good patty, a good bun, and a delicious thousand island sauce, and the vegan options in IV are lacking… $10 for a vegan burger, fries, and drink is better than almost any place I've been to. Fast service, but you eat in a cafeteria-like setting. Haven't tried the black bean or hummus burger, but I'm sure they're good too. I come here every week as a lunch between my classes.
