I honestly have nothing good to say about this location. During my stay in Santa Barbara, I came here twice. Both times, the staff were extremely rude. I had ordered a simple baked good and there was no other customer in the store. There were five employees. They left my order sitting there for 20 minutes without calling my name. I had to go up and ask the girl and all she did was look me up and down and toss me the bag... I get these are college students but since when did this become normalized? The drinks I ordered from here did not meet the typical Starbucks standards. They were all extremely watery. I don't recommend this location whatsoever.

Employees appear to be in a peaceful state..must be the area..it's nice. Not frantic like L.A.

If I pay 6 dollars for a coffee it should be filled up all the way. Worker with the bangs has no customer

It's a Starbucks so the food and drinks are like every Starbucks. Close to campus and the outside patio is nice but the tables are not always clean. What makes this Starbucks special for me is the service people are just so nice!

More of an original classic feeling Starbucks. Some style with the cool rounded table and a siren art mural.A sense of authentic pride here. I was greeted cheerily upon arrival. Nice partners who you can tell are used to being really busy. They are snappy efficient and personable. It is small and cozy but great spots to sit, study, converse, and enjoy. Outside seating too.

I was enjoying a very relaxing camping outing with friends in El Capitan. Unbeknownst to us, there's no cell service. Good thing, because it helps you disconnect with technology and reconnect with one another. However come Sunday, my work responds weighed on me, and I needed to forgo the morning hike for catching up at Starbuck's.I was their second customer at 6:15 a.m., and stayed until 10 a.m. I was greeted with an unkempt patio, but clean, bright inside. I was welcomed with bright attitudes, which caused me to add my own cheer. I was able to have a little convo with the barrista re desiring a large, strong, seet coffee. She recommended and fixed me one that was perfect!Lo and behold, an hour later, I needed another. Did you know that if you're patronizing and hanging in their lobby, subsequent regular tea/coffee is just 50 cent? I'm coming back, just for this. There's 15 minute parking outside, that people apparently use overnight.
