Teddy Rice is an absolute gem of a restaurant in Isla Vista, offering surprisingly amazing quality and affordable Korean fusion. The food is very tasty, with complex and comforting flavors. The spam Omurice is beyond delicious and the best omurice, with savory rice and egg cooked to perfection. Other highlights include the crunchy shrimp with perfect texture, the galbi bowl with a wonderful char, and the 10/10 dumplings. The staff is the nicest and provides excellent service. It is a small business with great talent that deserves all the hype and is highly recommended.
