Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are awesome really polite and helpful. It's a great lunch place ..it's inconvenient they don't have Restrooms as you need to figure out how to wash your hands but overall it's a great bite

Well-trained staff? Ordered double char burger online but received a completely wrong one. It's a waste of money also wait time. Guess what? This restaurant doesn't care about customers. SOrry, NO next time...

I would advise to double check your bags or orders before leaving just in case due to the fact I went in today and ordered in person for to go. Unfortunately I was charged for fries that I never got because they didn’t pack the order completely or double check before handing it off &’ when I noticed there was no fries in my bag i wasnt near habit anymore.

We are visiting from Virginia and decided to stop in kn our way to our stay. This place has the best burgers.

Paid an extra $3 for each impossible patty on my burgers, they came undercooked and soggy. It was so bad I took them off and ate the bun and fillings without them. They were not only overpriced but gross.

If you aren't able to prepare them properly, just take them off the menu. It's so much better for your business and the customers to not have a veg option than to have a bad one. You'd think that knowing how to cook a burger patty wouldn't be too much to ask a burger joint but I guess the Habit doesn't.

This is specifically for and in recognition of Danni. I had a missing item from the Hollister location and called IV by accident. Danni went over and beyond and contacted the other store to arrange reorder and pick. Thank you Danni for exceptional service.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Char and the Onion rings and it all tasted amazing. The cashier was incredibly nice and the service was quick. The portion size is perfect and the prices are very reasonable. This is a great burger place! 5/5 Stars.

Hits the spot every single time. The Habit never misses. I always order a regular burger on whole wheat bread, sweet potato fries, and five chicken bites. I'll never forget those Friday nights in college -- walking to the Habit with my roommates and eating it while watching movies like La La Land. Good vibes only! I also just realized that college is in the past and now I'm spiraling.

Quality burger, a little pricy, made me wait longer than my friend who ate his whole burger before mine came, ergo the star deduction, however, the ketchup was tasty. Maybe make a habit of serving customers faster!
