Came in on Friday and ordered a double char NO CHEESE, since they always ask if you want cheese on that when you didn't ask for it with cheese... we'll the guy rings me up and it's $8.50 when the menu says $6.99. I tell him he made a mistake and he asks his neighbor cashier and he says the menu prices haven't been updated... so I pay the $8.50 and then when I get my order it has cheese on it! So he charged for something I didn't order and they gave me something I didn't order... why don't I ever get a combo meal when I ask for a water cup? I filled out the receipt survey/feedback and since no response I figured I'd post a review on Yelp since many business seem to reply quicker when a review is viewable to the public.

This is specifically for and in recognition of Danni. I had a missing item from the Hollister location and called IV by accident. Danni went over and beyond and contacted the other store to arrange reorder and pick. Thank you Danni for exceptional service.

Honestly a very good place to eat and chill with your friends. The metal tables outside The Habit Burger Grill are very nice to sit on top of, as I look into the shining green of the Starbucks sign, clutching my Venti Water Cup (no ice) complete with my Bamboo Straw. If you ask for a Water Cup and let them know that you were the one Chancellor Yang pulled a hit n run on, they will let you get fountain drinks for free! My friends and I love this place ,,

This chain keeps cutting and cutting corners. The piece of chicken in their sandwiches has gotten smaller and smaller to the point it's actually offensive to be charged 10 bucks for a tiny thin slice of it , a little bit of lettuce Mayo and a tomatoes. Take your ten bucks somewhere else when you can get your money's worth.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Char and the Onion rings and it all tasted amazing. The cashier was incredibly nice and the service was quick. The portion size is perfect and the prices are very reasonable. This is a great burger place! 5/5 Stars.

I'll never forget those Friday nights in college -- walking to the Habit with my roommates and eating it while watching movies like La La Land. Good vibes only! I also just realized that college is in the past and now I'm spiraling.

Quality burger, a little pricy, made me wait longer than my friend who ate his whole burger before mine came, ergo the star deduction, however, the ketchup was tasty. Maybe make a habit of serving customers faster!

Went in today and got a double char burger with everything except onion and I got extra pickles. I ended up receiving a burger with only pickles and onions. This has happened multiple times here. Definitely do not recommend. Burgers are good if you get lucky enough to receive the correct order.
We came to pick up lunch before classes. This place is awesome. Staff is friendly and quick, food is bomb like always. And they answer the phone for pick up orders. Definitely returning.

OH MY GOD! I have never had the shakes here and I was nervous to try it for the first time! I got the Oreo shake and I am so glad I did--the other flavors were strawberry, mocha, chocolate, vanilla, caramel. They all sounded super delicious! I totally recommend the shakes from here! The fries were so crispy and soft on the inside, super delicious! The burger was on point! The beef tastes high quality! Only recommendation I have for their burger is to make the buns a little bit more buttery. But other than that, the whole meal was delicious and I am definitely coming back again! 10/10
