The chicken enchiladas were as good as I remember them being .got them to go and they were still good the next morning for breakfast

My favorite place to stay in the delta. There are not a lot of spots to stay here so I highly recommend getting a room here. My room came with a free dinner and drink. Rooms and clean. Bonus my friends you can gamble. Nice pool in the back too.

New cook! Best meal I've had here. Was expecting to be "underwhelmed" by chicken enchiladas but was wonderfully surprised how good the meal was. Ron had camarones de Diablo and was ready to order another entire meal! Also, all upholstery has been replaced. No more old, torn, dull red seats. Now beautiful Jade/teal... Much better on the eyes.

Looking for a new place to try in the Delta. Saw the good reviews here and gave it a try. Was really slow when we entered and very dark, pretty uninviting. Chili rellenos are my wife's favorite and someone here on yelp said they have the best they've ever had here. It was a little after noon on a Saturday and they were out of chili rellenos. What do you mean out? Out of the ingredients or do they pre make them? The waitress apologized for the first of a few times. They have combo plates but only certain combos and you can't make your own combo. My wife wanted to have a different meat on her taco in a combo and was told no substitutions. We should have left right there. After we both did order combo enchilada plates and it took forever to get them. The waitress said she was so sorry. There we only two other tables with people seated. When we finally got our food it was average at best in this area that has tons if Mexican places to eat. The waitress was fine but the kitchen seemed to really be in need of some work. Two Stars is being generous.

This has been my favorite go to lunch spot when in Isleton and I always get my usual Carnitas! Food and drinks are always plentiful. I recommend checking out their daily specials.
We have been tasting Chile Rellenos all over the US while seeing all 50 states. If you want the best in the US , you have to go to Rogelio's and have them there. They have a great big booth for families to enjoy a meal together too. The service is great and the menu for not only Mexican food but also Chinese and Italian is exemplary

My boyfriend and I had the BEST weekend staying with Rogelio and his wife Diana! The rooms were very clean and the hospitality from housekeeping to the bartender were super welcoming . We got dinner vouchers with our stay that we used both nights . The restaurant serves both Mexican and Chinese . As strange as that seems , it works very well. We have friends in The Delta and can hardly wait to go back up to stay with Rogelio again . Isleton is a great escape from the hectic life of the city.

Huge menu with both Mexican and Chinese cuisine. We ordered Mexican meals and the portions were huge as well. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly and prompt. We will return the next time we are in town. Great food!

Definitely a charming old-school MOM & POP motel (and all guests get a free entree in the restaurant on the premises, which has an eclectic mix of Mexican, Chinese, and American dishes). My caveats? A few, and they may be important to you or maybe not? For one thing, the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and it's my impression that the hotel staff is not even around on those days. So you may not be able to get assistance or attention without going through some drama. In my room, the TV set did not work, telling me there was "no signal" and I did not want to bother the staff at a late hour so I let it go. The pool and Jacuzzi were closed when I was there, so did not get to use those. The rooms and furniture and decor are very old, so if that offends you, you won't like this place. The food in the restaurant was OK, but nothing special. I know some people on Yelp rave about it; my companion and I found it acceptable, but not memorable. All in all, it is a friendly, reasonably priced, and comfortable place to stay. But if you are looking for modern features or state-of-the-art amenities, you probably won't like it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
