I come hear all the time food is good and it's usually ready in 10 min. Recently, on Thursday 12/18/25 I bought a burrito for work witch i went into work on 12/19/25 and at work on my first break i took a bight of the burrito and it had something hard in it. I spit it out thinking nothing of it took another bight and something hard again like a tiny rock or something so I wasn't going to eat the rest of it. I ended up going to the store on my lunch and bought some food. I ended up calling them on 12/19/25 and told them about it they said to go ahead and take the burrito in so they can see what the problem is. I had a bizzy day and the time I called i was getting ready for bed so I told the guy I was talking to, that I'll take it over tomorrow that I'm getting ready for bed already. He said that is fine. So I took the burrito into their restaurant like I told them I would and the guy i talked to wasn't there, it was the ladys that worked there. the ladys was very unprofessional even showing the customers saying look i dont see anything and she had said that after 5 seconds of inspecting it. She said no to the refund. And the younger lady that works, there was aggressive Fighting with her words. And her body language 100% unprofessional, so I just left, I will not be going back there. I'm disappointed, I liked going there, but it turned out the people who work there were very unprofessional. All of their aggression, simply because I asked for a refund. Very sad This is a updated review. I had got the dates wrong on the last post. I tried to explain this by sending an updated review but wasn't able to. So im just writing it on hear.
