Yes this place is open. What a wonderful place. Clean, airy, and nice service. This is counter service but it works well.
Pizza flavor is GREAT! And great salad bar to boot.
It has a mini arcade, vending area for kids.

We were at the other pizza factory in susanville,but it was crowded,so we went to go to the this pizza factory here ,no crowd have a great dinner and the service was great , cold beer ,plenty of room to sit down and enjoy our dinner
I got a door dash order from here my order took 4 hours I order my pizza at 10am didn’t receive it till 1:30-2 I got 2 medium pizzas and 2 order of cheesy garlic bread and the brownie cookie none of my pizza toppings were actually stuck to the pizza everything fell off both pizzas were super greasy and receive one order of my garlic cheese bread which was one single slice my “brownie cookie” was a brownie shoved into a pie pan no cookie involved I spent over 90 dollars never will order from here again not to mention when my door dash person got there they said they never received my order and had to make it on the spot

One of my best mistakes!! I’m a fulltime RVer & my GPS brought me here instead of Honey Lake RS. Awesome lady at Pizza Factory said No Problem to stay that night. I mentioned that I like pizza but can’t eat cheese, she made me the a cheese less veggie pizza. YUM This turned out one of my BEST overnight stays. THANK YOU PIZZA FACTORY ?

Got the first order wrong and charged extra money to make the right order very sad service the lady was to personal in conversation not paying attention to what I ordered will not be going back hope they enjoyed the order she messed up on me no apologies nothing word of mouth goes a long way. Some people should be trained in public communications
