I ordered a mini mucho meal. I was told it was a smaller combo . I received my meal n I laughed because of the size of the taco. But she did mention to me it was a smaller size. But the reason for this post is the amount of meat in my snack size meal. I pretty much paid for a hard she'll taco and a bit of lettuce. LOL wow. Management needs to step it up and retrain staff how to prepare an order

Overall a good experience, you get what you pay for, reasonable food. Sometimes late night they are closed for maintenance but never post a sign, they wait for you to drive in and wait to order to tell you, post a sign, save everyone's time.

I've been going to this Del Taco for over 15+ years and never had any issues. Tonight I ordered $25 worth of food via drive thru and asked for as much sauce as possible and my fries be well done (which has never been an issue before). I got 6 items including fries. I received my food and seen I had 4 packets of sauce. So I pull out of the drive thru in front of the door not to slow the drive thru any more because I already waited about 10 mins at the window. I calmly walked in and waited to be noticed by a staff member and finally someone asked me what they can help me with and I told them I have 6 items and 4 packets of sauce when I asked for a lot of sauce. The staff member then asked somebody else to get me sauce and they handed me 4 more packets of sauce. I said thanks for my l 4 packets of sauce for my $25 dollars worth of food. Walked out. Now I'm halfway home and I reach for some fries and grab 2 fries and they are cold and soggy and im 5 mins away from their location. Once I got home I noticed my fries which were large was only half full. Half full as in the fries don't reach the cut in the fries cup. So called them and they picked up the phone and hung up on me without any hesitation and I was just trying to notify them of their mistakes and someone doesn't get angry and yell in their restaurant but perhaps that's what they need to fix their incompetence.

They messed up my order in the drive through, I walked in to let them know. They said they'd replace my order but kept forgetting to make it, I was asked 3 times what I was waiting for, what I ordered and what was wrong with my original order. Once I got it out was sloppily put together and spilling in the bag. Never coming back.
Gave all 1 star because while the food was good, it gave me and my husband horrible food poisoning and made us really sick. Never ordering from this del taco again. I will stick to the one on Brockton Ave. Disgusting.

this place is becoming disgusting! i live across the street and i go there at least once a week, its been getting worse and worse for the past year, but in the last couple months its just really bad food quality, today is the very last time i go to this place , DO NOT FOLLOW UP I DO NOT CARE AT THIS POINT all kinds of meat taste really bad! i ordered the epic burrito with Steak and i swear the meant all burnt up the chicken strips feels plastic , its nothing like it used to be, this is just trash the checken burrito taste like ... i cant even say , you guys are just disgusting at this point.

Typical of Del Taco. It's seldom that the food isn't great. Most of the time, any fast food joint is too busy for friendly chit-chat. But, that's expected. I do wish people would stop saying, "Welcome in." It just sounds fake. The food is very good at a reasonable price.
