Jonathan was extremely attentive on the drive-through window. He knew how to ask extra things about being pushy. He never once was bothered by all the questions I asked, took all my modifications and knew to double Check everything for me as well

Not used to drive-through employees having manners anymore, so it was extremely refreshing. Nice guy. Make sure to keep them on your team. :)

opened my bag and it was a disaster ! My burrito was barely held together and the taco fillings were all over the bottom of the bag. I shouldn't need a fork and a stack of napkins just to eat handheld food...

Disappointed with the service here. This is my first review ever! I waited at the counter for a while, only for a manager to dismissively tell me to use the kiosk before walking away. It’s clear they need to hire more people or train the current staff on better customer service. A little courtesy goes a long way

If you’re an older white couple seeking some fine Mexican cuisine I’d suggest eating elsewhere, the portions given are equivalent to a prisoners 2,000 calorie diet.

I was really looking forward to this on our road trip, but after waiting 10 min in the parking lot, our food arrived close to cold, sloppy, and with the receipt shoved inside the bag with the food, which is just nasty and should have been handed to me at the window. To make matters worse, the General Manager (as her name tag said) had a vape clearly peeking out of her back pocket as she walked away, which is incredibly unprofessional and unsanitary for someone handling orders. This was not the best experience for our first time trying California food, and we definitely won't be back!

I ordered chili cheese fries they were really good I also ordered 3 chirn tacos but unfortunately couldn't eat them because of the sour cream I am allergic to it. I took a bite and I was wow I finally found a place where I can eat at lunch. The I started choking and gagging oh no tasted it. I drank all of my water brush my teeth I was like oh not again fortunately it wasn't that serious but I like these tacos After work I look for the information on the hours for this place and it said 12 am closing time but I got here and it was close at 11 pm. Is 11 pm and I still have not eating. Well I guess some other time.
Over all I recommend this place the food is good..

Went through the drive through at 11:15pm 9/21/25 it’s now 11:27pm. I’m in the drive through at CANES now cuz the cashier at Dell taco said they were closed, and that they have been meaning to fix the time on Google cuz Google has it Inaccurate.
I don’t think Google likes seeing post that they are inaccurate for peoples inconvenience.

THE MYSTERY REMAINS… WHOS WRONG ME, GOOGLE, OR DEL TACO?
AND IF THEY ARE CLOSED WHY PAY EMPLOYEES TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS IS CLOSED WHEN YOU CAN JUST SERVE FOOD OR FIX THE HOURS OF OPERATION. ??

No denying it. Cameras don’t lie. But lazy people do.

I usually don’t write stuff like this, but I feel like this needs to be said. One of the managers has been acting in a really unprofessional and honestly gross way. Multiple times, I’ve seen her literally digging in her butt in front of other employees — and even customers.

It’s super uncomfortable, totally inappropriate, and not something anyone should have to witness at work. It makes the whole place feel less clean and less professional. I don’t know if anyone higher up is aware, but it’s definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Hope this gets taken seriously, because it’s honestly just not okay. not cool del taco.

went in this morning 7 AM. June 20th I was grossed out the only employee in there. She was kneeling down putting something in the freezer and she put her hand on her butt and started scratching her butt under the pants that grossed me out. I immediately walked out and left.(I have to edit this review i got generic response from owner asking me to waste more of my time and give more information what more information i gave a date and a time i went in a also told you it was a female worker what more information do i have to give thanks for the generic response i will not be eating at this location)picture of the owners response if it was serious they would not waste my time asking for more information when all information was already given

The cashier was excellent by the name of Ashley, however the food was horrible we thought we'd give them a second chance, but whoever the cook is needs to be retrained our food was poorly made our tacos were stale again. Never coming back they are getting worse..

With Zero people at the Drive Thru and Zero people inside they still manage to take 7minutes to give me two (2) Snack Tacos. Ridiculous

Went through drive thru and paid . receipt time stamp of 8:21 pm they parked me to wait. They brought out food after 7 minutes and then I reminded them they forgot my shake .
