Worst Farmer Boy service ever. I ordered a box burger meal and when getting ready ti pay on the drive-thru they wanted to charge me $16. They're combo box clearly states it's $11.29. I then ask why they were charging so much and the girl couldn't even explain to me what the difference was in why she was charging me. The manager then came to tell my father "we won't refund you next time for this." With the BIGGEST ATTITUDE AND MEAN ASS FACE. When my dad was simply trying to pay for his food and understand why they over charged him. They also took even more time to give him his order and have him like 5 fried for the combo. These girls need training or new management. Worst customer service. Never coming back.

This is the WORST Farmer Boy's I've ever been to. Both of the women that helped me had horrible attitudes. What's the point of working in customer service if you're going to be rude ? One of the lady's had pink acrylic nails. On my receipt it says Kim G was the server. Just horrible. The lady with pink nails damn well threw my meal at me to rush me out the drive thru. You all should be ashamed. I come here often and I usually never have any problems. My meal was so skimp and small.. I'm sure it's because of the attitude. I will be calling corporate. The only reason I gave one star is so I could comment. Thank you.

Farmer Boys is overly priced. I ordered a natural burger with regular fries. I got the plainest burger ever for $14.00 hahaha literally just overly sized bread, patty, and like 4 slices of cheese??? Wth lol. Never buying Famer Boyd again. I blame myself.

They need to get some new employees, especially one of the cashiers. I repeated the order 3 times to her and when the order came to us, it was all wrong. Then took back the order for them fix and still got it wrong. After the 3rd time then we asked for a refund and waisted 30 minutes and came out hungry. These people are morons and they want $20 hourly. To me they worth no more than $3.50hr, bunch of young entitlement people and not even a sincere apology. Horrible place and will never go back.

This location accepts the Rewards Loyalty program which is always nice. I don't go inside anymore (because DT Riverside ) but instead call ahead on the phone number provided on the app. They'll tell you when it'll be ready and I just drive up to the drive-thru window and pay and off I go. The last couple times I ordered by phone, the person on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. That really stands out these days. And as usual, the quality of their food is top notch. We always get the breakfast burritos served all day. I also crave their California BLT combo with fries that are always perfectly cooked. The prices have gone up along with everyone else's, but this is one of the few establishments where I don't mind it and actually think it's still worth it.
