I went on a Monday during what looked like their busier hours during the evening, the past few times I’ve gone my burgers have came out questionable, looking closer to smash burgers and serval toppings just hanging out when unwrapped. So I went in with lower standards, but I was actually decently pleased with the food and service, the burgers were cooked great but also assembled with what seemed to be just better care. Keep in mind I was definitely not the only order they were making, I guess it just comes down to who’s making the burger, the two guys on the line seemed pretty well versed, compared to the other employees I’ve had make my food.

Make sure, when you take your order you do it one at a time. I have been here many times and done single order of a burger. However when it comes to multiple Burger they got it completely wrong. You'll have to pay extra tax yes...but if you want it right, space out your order, because the people working there ...... They may be understaffed or they don't care. But hey, when I order one thing they get it right, when I order more than one , they seem to drop the ball.

Fountain drink selections are mixed up. Regular tea comes out as sweet tea.
Told staff on last visit of this issue. This visit same thing. Now in fairness staff today did try to fix it this time and announced after s bit it was corrected. Still sweet. Raises other quality control issues in my mind due to this.
Until corrected this location is not recommended.
