Seen this place 100 times as I frequent the area I’m a local from Riverside. Finally went in there and got a half chicken meal with rice and beans and I’m just gonna say this place is not it… chicken was whatever and the rice and beans are not good…

In my opinion is one of the best rotisserie chicken places, better flavor, tender, and have a good special on family packs.
One polo is my favorite chicken place in the whole wide world but tonight I was very disturbed the girls that were cooking my quesadilla all hovered in a circle and they were taking a long time with my food and other people were getting their food and leaving so now I'm worried that they did something to my food probably because I'm white I don't know but it really bummed me out and I won't eat my food now because of it that's how bad it was very obvious they were doing something to my food that's sad because that's my favorite place to eat. They were all giggling and laughing and they were hovered together so that the manager couldn't see what was going on. 7pm Sat. Nt 10/4/25. I would have given them a five-star rating but those girls that were hovering around my food and taking forever and laughing about whatever they were doing to my food discourage me from ever going there again I won't even eat the food now because I'm worried that they did something to it it was obvious they were doing something to my food because they were all hovered around it blocking it so that the manager couldn't see what was going on and laughing and giggling about it like it was funny the poison somebody and that's not cool..

Avoid This Juan Pollo Location
One of the worst Juan Pollo experiences I’ve ever had. The place was dirty — floors, tables, even the food prep area looked neglected. But the biggest issue? The owner. Completely unprofessional, rude, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or cleanliness.
If you value good food and basic hygiene, skip this location. It’s a disgrace to the Juan Pollo name.
