While on our way to the movies, we randomly chose Juan Pollo, expecting a fast-food experience. To my surprise, the food was fantastic! I enjoyed the hardshell chicken tacos, and my partner had the half chicken combo, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean—definitely a step up from typical chains in the I.E Missing star - small leg, big as my pinkie! hahaha

Ordered here for years. Chicken bowl with extra chicken. Lately feels like I’m getting less chicken and more rice/beans/cheese. I had to start ordering easy beans and easy rice. I enjoyed coming for the extra protein that was offered at a reasonable price.

I like this place but this is the 2nd time I was served chicken that had a big chunk missing. Look at the photo. Juan, don’t serve sub par chicken to your loyal customers.
