Zero stars if possible last time coming to this location very poor customer service from the ladies every single time we come first times they're always watching the soccer games distracted, didn't let it get to me much. This time around on 12/29 I requested a mangoneada but of lime I let her do her thing I waited in front by the cashier and it was flavor mango she then was like you didn't tell me you wanted lime I was like yes I did she then goes on to say it's cause the boss gets mad when we take it back I told her I get it but I'm not paying for something I didn't request then the older lady I'm guessing was the boss told her to just redo it and she was doing so when this other lady holding her child was all rude idk why you have to redo it you should charge them more and how I didn't order it correctly the first time. Very rude of her I didn't even end up buying anything just walked out. Who ever manages this location really needs to try a little harder managing.

Today I come to store for first time and Carmen Ciria make a great experience for us. one of my childhood friend from India who is currently visiting me in California, Eastvale decided to bring them since they wanna try some spicy Mexican deserts. We tried , BIONICO , CORN IN A STICK , ESQUITE CORN IN CUP WAS AMAZING . WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN BEFORE THEY GO BACK INDIA.

We went today and spent $45 grabbing some ice cream’s and some agua frescas. driving home I saw something on top of my juice. It was a bug!!! Called the business to let them know, the lady who answered rudely said that it was part of the drink as decoration. ? I don’t eat bugs for fun. It wasn’t part of the drink. She said that the tamarindo naturally has bugs in them a lot of the times, She must have thought that was funny at all. She offered to have us come back to give us another drink, I didn’t want a refund or a new drink. I just wanted to warn her that this is what she was serving to people. She didn’t seem to care. Beware. We won’t be buying from here anymore.
