The old man has a very poor attitude, you would think he hates customers and doesn't need them at all.
Normally very good but today I got nachos and the cheese seemed watered down
Raspado de Nuez con lechera. Not very tasty. First and last time going to this place.
Stopped by and it was closed , yet it says it closes at 9pm

Drove about 30 minutes for the place to be closed when we showed up at 7:50pm. Hours are wrong. Update them

I been coming here since they first opened and at first I was very pleased with the service, and the quality and unique taste of their raspados. However, the quality of their raspados has gone down tremendously in recent years but still continued to go for my loyalty to them but today when I went in the girl that took my order was really rude, she looked like she didn’t want to work there, of course I understand that she could of being having a bad day but at least you should show your customers some common courtesy and respect since they are spending their money on your products.. I would like to add that I payed $3 for a small bag of chips that would’ve costed me $1.50 at a convenience store. Furthermore, when we payed for our drinks and chips the girl said “ would you mind if we don’t give you the .75 cents” which I agreed to since it’s just pocket change but this isn’t the first time this has happened and should learn to be prepared for situations like this since after all its not nothing new. Once I got my order I noticed that my raspanieve didn’t have bananas which I went back to complain just so they could say they were out after I had already payed. Finally, their terrible customer service and lack of proper management has costed them to lose a loyal customer and I’ll make sure to let my family and friends know of this!
Fruit is over priced and on top of that, my watermelon was slimy and my mango was dry. On my Chamamgo, the candy atick was stale and tasted a bit rancid. Not worth the money, I expected better for it being my first time.

Weren’t very friendly .they didn’t speak English and that’s alright but the menu was in English and Spanish along with the signs and such so expected someone to speak at least a little English . The drink that we could get was Good .but heads up don’t go if you don’t know Spanish .
