Today was my first time here and sadly will be my last, I had high hopes especially this location being in the same parking as a Canes but I was extremely disappointed I feel like the spicy chicken sandwich had too much of a sweet flavor which I did not like at all especially with those sweet pickles inside I think some sour dill pickles would balance the flavor way more but idk maybe if the pickles were changed to dill I’d give it another try lol

I had a great experience! Jasmine provided excellent service—she was very kind, attentive, and went out of her way to help me. Even when things got super busy, she was still able to assist me with care and efficiency. My order came out quickly, the food was amazing, and I really appreciated the quality of service. It was definitely a great experience, and I would recommend bringing my family and friends to eat here! 😁

The food at this restaurant always amazes me at how full of flavor and how fresh it is. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and the staff have always been kind and friendly. A for sure 10 out of 10. The food always comes out really fast and the service through the drive thru is really good, the workers are always helpful when I can’t decide what I want to eat and every time it never disappoints. I recommend this restaurant for sure, it will make you feel like your right at home :)

This place is just waste of money . Food here is absolutely gross and waste of money . We wanted to order Mac and cheese with food and they said they didn’t carry it anymore , although it is on above the register menus , and on line . But it’s not here anymore. We asked for ranch and the cups provided were barely even full. We didn’t even finish the food and ended up eating a second dinner at farmer boys. Don’t waste your money or time going this place.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up around 8 PM, only to find the doors already locked—despite the posted hours clearly stating the restaurant is open until 9 PM. When I called customer service, I was told the hours were indeed until 9. After waiting, someone finally let me in, and I was informed by staff that they had closed the doors early simply because they were out of dinner rolls.
When I questioned this further, I was then told the reason was that they had also run out of chicken—yet, I was handed my full 12-piece order and witnessed other customers receiving their orders as well, even being given extra chicken in place of the rolls. Clearly, there was food available, and yet customers were being denied entry for nearly an hour before closing time.
This is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new location. Customers should never feel as though employees are trying to close early at the expense of service. The lack of professionalism and inconsistent explanations from the staff created an incredibly poor experience and left me very dissatisfied.

The food is almost always great. As far as service, this is the third time that I come anywhere from 5-7 pm and the drive thru/ the lobby is closed due to low staff. I feel bad for the workers because they’re clearly trying to serve the food as fast as possible but when there’s only a cashier and cook it’s difficult. This food is good and I would hate for people to associate it with extremely long wait times/ always closed.

Well I'll say I ordered the 4 piece fried chicken special with fries and plantains and the chicken was really good and I was surprised, and when I got to work I gave away a couple of pieces as my coworkers were curious about this place and they really liked the chicken, the plantains were pretty good however the fries eh, next time I'll try different sides, however I was the only person in line and was asked to park, and wait that and the fries were my only complaint.
