always love to come here. my new favorite is strawberry IB with lychee jelly & vanilla ice cream. very refreshing! a must try!! service always super nice.

I ordered a blended thai tea without boba. I took 2 sips just to be sure and it didn't taste like thai tea, it tasted like green tea. I told the young man who made and he said its because they use a powder thai tea to blend it. He remade my drink with more powder this time and STILL tastes like green tea. Thai tea has a very distinctive strong flavor which is not what they're serving. I kept my drink and didn't bother for a refund as I had already waited long enough and I was thirsty. If you've ever tried their thai blended tea ,why would you ever buy another one?

The blended Thai tea with boba itself was very delicious. The service was fast, but the two gentlemen working there were not very kind/friendly. I understand it was later in the evening and I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but my party and I felt very unwelcome. Date and time of visit: 8/20/24 8:10pm

Liz and Bri provide such kind and excellent customer service. I ordered the Honeydew Melon milk tea and Hello Kitty drinks. They were so good! The variety of drink options and beautiful decor is also a plus. Definitely coming back for more!

I Normally never have a problem when I come here but i came in today in Karen j messed up my order in I let Karen j know in she Was very rude in nasty about it also she did not even offer to fix it are anything I’m very disappointed with the service that I received today from her love this location but her service makes me wanna go to a different location ! She need to be retrained this was unacceptable .

I wish their were no stars. How are you a food and or drink establishment in California with no restroom for customers and route then to go to subway. Shame shame shame. No restroom for customers is a sanitation

This place is amazing. The workers are so sweet and the drinks are good!

Poor customer service. I will not be back to this location. I always get 2 to 3 drinks when I did come in but won't be coming back.
