I Normally never have a problem when I come here but i came in today in Karen j messed up my order in I let Karen j know in she Was very rude in nasty about it also she did not even offer to fix it are anything I’m very disappointed with the service that I received today from her love this location but her service makes me wanna go to a different location ! She need to be retrained this was unacceptable .

This Sharetea is the best one out there! The service is fast and friendly, the store is neat and clean. The drinks are always prepared spot on and their boba is the perfect texture!

Location great inside the outdoor shopping plaza. The drinks were delicious. Got the Okinawa pearl milk tea hot it was creamy warm and perfect sweetness of 80%. The girl working on Saturday she was so sweet and made our drinks perfect! Excellent customer service. Will return.

Very disappointed with crew at 2:20 on monday the 6th. I called at least 5 times after placing my order online trying to remove the crystal boba since I was unable to do so through the online service. I go to get my drink and call again to see if the phone even works. The two boys are completely unbothered by the ringing phone. Why have a phone if you're not gonna answer it ?... anyways ruined my drink and wasted my money.

I wish their were no stars. How are you a food and or drink establishment in California with no restroom for customers and route then to go to subway. Shame shame shame. No restroom for customers is a sanitation

I love sharetea and I generally always have a solid experience at all shareteas. This was no different, tea was great and consistent. The flavor was nice and not like a drink that's overdone with ice either. They have plenty of dairy and non dairy tea options. You can get boba if you want or opt out like I tend to do. Again a very refreshing drink and lots of food places next door so if your looking for a snack to go with your tea. Parking can get busy since there are a lot of food places next door. Don't let that discourage you as you may just have to walk and park far towards the pet store. The service was good but I wouldn't say anything above or beyond. The ambiance is very cute inside with walls of pictures and the floral backdrop for the gram pics is always nice. They don't have much seating in the place and it's really a more grab and go spot. It's definitely worth the stop if your close by.
Classic Pearl Milk Tea with Boba, Pudding, No Ice had pudding and tea that could have been sweeter, but I LOVED the chewy boba!

I placed an online order while driving home because I knew they were busy and wanted to bypass the line. I placed my order when I was 25 mins away, but when I arrived, my order wasn't ready. I was only told that it had been busy and that they would start working on my order soon. So what happened during the last 25 minutes? They just chose to ignore my order? I understand they are busy, but choosing to ignore an online order is wrong. I placed my order at 4:23 and got it after 5:00 after it had been sitting on the counter for a bit, and my name was not called.

I love this place, amongst the other boba places in the area like KOIO, sunright tea studio, or boba run sharetea has always consistently been good! i recommend the black honey milk tea it's what i've gotten all 47 times i've been here
