Went in tonight and the lady working the night shift told us to wait 15min because she had to clean the restroom. Store closes at 9pm and I arrived at the store at 750pm. Store is understaffed, poor service, poor attitude, employees need to be trained better. So if you’re in a hurry don’t stop by an hour before store closes or you will have to wait because employees will be working on “closing duties,” rather than assisting customers.

Ordered 2 subs online and showed up when I was told they'd be ready, after I got there still waited an extra 30 mins and both of my sandwiches (meatball & steak / cheese) were cold. Not what I would expect for $12 sandwiches. FYI, there was only one worker there on a Friday afternoon.

Do not eat at this location unless you want to get sick, my husband and myself walked in for some sandwiches because we needed something light on our stomach’s and good thing i looked around before ordering, this location just recently recieved an F rating on their audit. The employees also had a step by step on how to wash their dishes to avoid this issue in the future. You are better spending your money somewhere else than at this location.

There is a new store manager who is extremely rude. There is a big miscommunication between her and her employees about taking over the phone orders. I received no apology for my missed order. All she could do was blame it on her employees. I told her I would never place a catering order with them and the store manager told “okay, that’s fine.”

I’ve ordered doordash from here. My dasher said nobody was there and that other customers were confused as to where the employees were at. They never pick up the phone. I made an order from them tonight and requested double protein. I received a small portion of turkey in my sub. Attention to detail is important because the double protein cost a few more dollars and I want my niece to be full. Owner, if you read this then it is apparent the concern I'm raising here. Please improve your customer service.

Didn’t get my sandwich after standing in line for about 20 minutes with only one person working the guy ahead of me finally ordered and what he wanted they were out of he left disappointed. I came up next and expressed my last few visits were met also with one person working and certain items they were out of. The girl working was the manager and said to me “I have had a very busy day and am pregnate and do not want to deal with your complaints so you are out of here”. I left In shock at the way I was treated so guess I will not return to that store until she is gone

I had a busy day running around. I stopped on my way home. It's close to where I live. I got the tuna sub. It was great. Clean store. Nice employees.

ordered online thirty minutes prior to getting to the store. my boyfriend walked in and they hadn’t even started the order. they took other people in line first, which is fine, but he told them he was there and the woman in front told the other workers to ignore the mobile order and do other ones instead, right in front of him. it took another thirty minutes, where they continuously passed our order off to another person and even though ours was done, they didnt wrap and give it to us until they finished other peoples. all while my boyfriend was standing right there. when they finished they didnt even apologize for the wait, just passed the bag. across the counter to him and walked away.
