Service was ok however worker didn't know what went with what sandwich. I ordered a cheese steak & received bologna. My son's all-American was entirely wrong as well.

The girl working there tonight, 7pm on 11/15/25, is so rude that I walked out before she rung me up. She had such a negative attitude. Being the only one ordering, she finished my sandwich and made me wait before ringing me up to start another order. I walked out.

I have visited this location a few times and usually have a good experience. Recently, I ordered on the app and received a call saying that they were out of turkey. That's fine--I asked them to cancel the order and received verbal confirmation that they would. Later that night, I saw that it was marked as picked up instead. Tried to call the store--busy tone. I reached out to who informed me that they were out of turkey and was told there was no way to fix it but they could give me cash for the order. The only problem with this is that I used reward points from the app to place my order and want them back as well. I have contacted customer service and emailed with Nicole Moss the Regional Coach but she stopped responding to me after asking for details. It has just been such a frustrating and unprofessional experience and I don't know what to do at this point.
The service was awful the guy didn't really know his job& the bread wasnt fresh they were out of olives,saracha & other veggies.

Super slow worker 1 sub taking more than 20 min to make. They are not friendly to kids and also bottle water only.

Pls never order online , I’ve ordered online three times now and every time they seem to give you whatever they want and miss a majority of your order … meat portion for a foot long is probably barely enough for a six inch …. I’ve worked at a subway and know the portions and how it works … boooooo sucks stingiest place ever 😭

The lady that helped us was really friendly her name was kamara (spelling?). You could tell she was new. Who ever the guy was that was in charge was not friendly and seemed to be giving her attitude and unwilling to help. I applaud her for her positive attitude especially with a trainer with negative vibes.

This Subway on Jurupa and Sierra is the best Steven make our sandwiches, they look and tested great, he has good attitude.😃👍

Your subway in Mira Loma and Eastvale California suck. The last three times we have gone there they don’t have Meatballs for a meatball sandwich. Why do you even keep these doors open. And it’s not only the meatballs. The last time we went they didn’t have mustard. I am going to quit going to Subway. They have totally gone down hill. Plus they only have had one person working at both sites. Subway sucks.
LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY. I used to be a regular, stopping by after work for a reliable, filling meal. What a mistake I made tonight. After a 20-minute wait (already a bad sign), I received what could only be described as a toddler's portion. Seriously, I've seen more generous servings in a kid's meal. And the lettuce? Don't even get me started. Apparently, Subway now considers lettuce as precious as gold. PROVIDING US wilted scraps instead of the generous handfuls they used to provide. It's like they're personally offended by the idea of giving customers their money's worth. I left hungry, disappointed, and feeling completely ripped off. Congratulations, Subway. You've officially driven away a loyal customer. I'll be taking my business (and my appetite) elsewhere. RESTOCK THE OLIVES TOO!

I wish I could leave 0 stars, the manager Corey was extremely unhelpful in completing my order. I’ve ordered here 4 times and have never had an issue prior to this. He did not accommodate me or answer any of my questions. It felt like I was being rushed out of the store even though there were no customers. I highly suggest his position as manager be reevaluated by corporate if this is how he runs his locations. I will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Went in tonight and the lady working the night shift told us to wait 15min because she had to clean the restroom. Store closes at 9pm and I arrived at the store at 750pm. Store is understaffed, poor service, poor attitude, employees need to be trained better. So if you’re in a hurry don’t stop by an hour before store closes or you will have to wait because employees will be working on “closing duties,” rather than assisting customers.
