Do not eat at this location unless you want to get sick, my husband and myself walked in for some sandwiches because we needed something light on our stomach’s and good thing i looked around before ordering, this location just recently recieved an F rating on their audit. The employees also had a step by step on how to wash their dishes to avoid this issue in the future. You are better spending your money somewhere else than at this location.

There is a new store manager who is extremely rude. There is a big miscommunication between her and her employees about taking over the phone orders. I received no apology for my missed order. All she could do was blame it on her employees. I told her I would never place a catering order with them and the store manager told “okay, that’s fine.”

Went in with my coworker for our break and this nice lady with dark hair in pigtails and an arm tattoo was very kind and efficient would let her make my sandwich every time xoxo

I’ve ordered doordash from here. My dasher said nobody was there and that other customers were confused as to where the employees were at. They never pick up the phone. I made an order from them tonight and requested double protein. I received a small portion of turkey in my sub. Attention to detail is important because the double protein cost a few more dollars and I want my niece to be full. Owner, if you read this then it is apparent the concern I'm raising here. Please improve your customer service.

I have been to a few subways nearby and normally the service is typically barely mediocre with an airpod in. I was pleasantly surprised by the service here and to see that all the ingredients were fully stocked. Shout out the new manager for turning the place around!

Didn’t get my sandwich after standing in line for about 20 minutes with only one person working the guy ahead of me finally ordered and what he wanted they were out of he left disappointed. I came up next and expressed my last few visits were met also with one person working and certain items they were out of. The girl working was the manager and said to me “I have had a very busy day and am pregnate and do not want to deal with your complaints so you are out of here”. I left In shock at the way I was treated so guess I will not return to that store until she is gone

Quality of service is very poor had to wait 30 minutes and I was the only one there only one guy doing sandwiches and the woman was just doing nothing at the back she had finished her lunch clock back in but went to the back of the store and just sat there while the guy was doing all by him self and the quality of chicken used on my sandwiches was not even what it required normally for a foot long it requires 2 scoops he only used on hand full and spread it around to look like he used the required amount . Don't eat here go to another subway down to eastvale .

Customer service was fine, nothing wrong there. They lack in keeping the cookies fresh but i got some anyways and they where stale looking and tasting. They look like they don't stock anything cause most of the drinks were gone and it looked like they have yesterdays cookies left over which explains why they're stale. Def gonna try a different location. The lettuce was also browning btw and they need to add your chosen sauce on all the sandwich. Okay that's all, you've been warned lol
People be ordering meatball subs from here after 4pm and they always run out through Grubhub. Customer doesn't know about the meatball situation. A delivery that should of taken not long took long cause I had to call driver care and they had to reach out to the customer which took a few times. Customer ordered 3 items and only got 1 item. Yes they got refunded for the 2

I had a busy day running around. I stopped on my way home. It's close to where I live. I got the tuna sub. It was great. Clean store. Nice employees.

I would leave zero stars if I could I went in to buy two sandwiches and wanted to dine in. When I asked one of the girls with curly hair and no glasses for napkins she rudely cut me off and said the lobby was closed when I asked her a second time she handed them in a rude manner it was 8:30pm And business hours posted on the door said subway closes at 9:30 subway teach your employees to do better.

Sandwich was fine, service from one employee is kind of weird. Order all American club, asked them to leave the ham off and they tried to charge me for a turkey + bacon, which is more. I didn't ask for extra turkey to replace the ham, I just wanted one of the meats left off. I guess the manager is really stubborn about this? I don't see the logic. I want LESS and you want you charge me more. Nice. Excuse me while I pick the ham off my sandwich now.
