I went through the drive thru & while ordering an employee by the name of Martin asked "what the fuck is he saying?" While I was speaking & quickly another worker Rikki began to speak to me taking my order quickly to counteract what Martin had said.I simply asked for my food to made well done & to be made the way they would make a meal for themselves, because this is food I am paying for and would like it made right oppose to me having to waste my time driving back if it was made wrong.I also only ordered one combo and was charged for an additional burrito. I recognize rikki for bettering the situation however the comment and lack of ethic within Martin along with inability to properly take a 1 combo order, shows that there is a bit more discipline and training that is to be taught and given.That was unprofessional, and now it cost me the price of an additional item I didn't request .Also my taco supreme is missing tomato .Amateur

People that work here look like they’re on drugs, they have terrible customer service skills and are straight up rude. Especially the Hispanic female working the drive

Because it was late and Jack in the box had a line I went to taco bell. Ordered the box combo from bottom right side of menu a cheese rice beef burrito on the side ,an extra nacho fries for my boyfriend and 2 alscart grilled chicken( for my dog)All of my food was not good. Both sets of nacho fries were cold.lierally cold. Even though my fries came in a sealed box combo thing. Also in combo box my chulupa taco item was entire item cold even to touch. I asked for no tomatoes but they put tomatoes. When I tried to eat my Doritos locos taco from combo it just completly fell out across the bottom.the only thing I consumed out of the box combo was my soda in the end. Im not ok with paying over $10 for a small soda mostly all ice . They should absolutely replace my order for free .but when cleaning my car this morning my boyfriend through out the receipt.

Ordered a rice bean and cheese burrito it had some nasty chipotle sauce in it. I checked the taco and it looked like trash had all lettuce with splash of the beef at the end. Won't be back.
