Worst customer service ever!!!!!! The cashier was SO INCREDIBLY rude and this is not the first time we have to deal with this girl. We brought it to the manager attention, hopefully they do something about it. Also the portion she gave us had to be a joke because there was literally no meat just rice… Happened 8/13/25 around 6pm

Worst WABA ever. Management needs to train their employees in organization, customer service, and what their job is in general. If you can go to a different place, save yourself the headache.
I just wish they could grill the tofu away from the meat, as it sometimes tastes like meat.

Hector and Carla work on the Jurupa Valley Waba Grill in the PM shift. Although they were busy, they were very fast helpful with my kids weird orders. Coming in after a long day at work (tired) and looking at good happy employees just gave me good vives, love the food glad these guys were here.
I had a great experience at this Waba grill on Etiwanda! Alondra took my call and happily took my order. Her, Willy, and Miguel all offered friendly customer service and a delicious meal. Thank you so much! :3
