Every Thursday & Friday morning I always get treated with the best customer service from Mayra & Her coworker (male with tattoos) that works the morning shift with her. They make my chicken bowls perfect and just the way I like it. I don't normally take my time out of the day to write a good review anymore, since I'm so busy but they've been such great people ever since I started coming here a year ago or so. 5 stars ?

From the moment you walk-in. No hello or good morning.Payed $6! for extra steak. What I was given was a joke. Not asking you to full the bowl to the brim but, don't rob me either... Won't be returning.

most waba grills i go to is usually okay like it's good but they either cut the portion short or the inside feels depressing but ive been coming to this one every sunday for 3 weeks now and the portion is pretty filled plus the rice always taste fresh. only waba grill i'll ever give a 5 star. good rice = happy lifeoh and their beef here is not chewy like most other ones :)

This waba grill is awesome, I accidentally placed it for another location and they gave me my order at the location I meant to order it from.Very clean inside and very good customer service.10/10

So disappointing and horrible customer service!! They messed up on my order and took 15mins for someone in that store to finally pick up the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone, and told them that they did not give me my side of steak. The girl in the background laughs and says to double check the bag because she did put it in the bag and continues to laugh.

This WaBA isn't great. Today was the third time in a row when I've had an issue with my order so I'm calling it quits at this location. It's getting ridiculous. I just paid $10 for a salad that I'm pretty sure was made with yesterday's meat and stored in the fridge. I paid for fresh food, or something are days ago. The steak was cold and pale compared to the steak in my husband's rice bowl. I cant stand the thought of eating cold meat. One bite and the entire meal was completely unappetizing. The meat was not marinated and they gave me no dressing. I placed the order through the app and my husband went to pick it up, they asked for the confirmation number- even though my confirmation email says that number is not needed for pick up.It seems like this location has ongoing issues. It's a shame because the location is convenient but it's not worth saving drive time if my food is inedible.

I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken bowl and it was covered with the chili sauce like they spilled the sauce and it tasted way too spicy and the lady on the cashier was rude.Never order from this place again

Ordered 2 bowls, yet they charge me for 2 sauces?!?! Thought it was 1 free sauce per bowl. Thing is, it was the owner.

The moment I walked into this place I felt like I got smacked with a gross smell. This restaurant smells like old wet rags. I was going to dine in but opted to order takeout because the smell is really that strong/ bad.The food was good and packed well but something really needs to be done with their cleanliness. Looking at older reviews it seems like this has been an ongoing complaint for quite some time.
