After contacting corporate about the racist employees and awful experiences I've had at multiple locations, Walmart does NOT care. They dont care about losing business. But they do care about keeping worthless employees with bad attitudes who favor certain looks & nationalities, who don't look customers in the eye. All I got was a bs letter saying sorry. Sorry our employees are racist & hate on people with disabilities. After waiting over 1 month to step foot back in this hole, my decision stands. I will NOT buy from Walmart anymore. Same $hitheads, same attitudes, same lies, same bs. Thanks for nothing BLM supporters. YOU ARE part of the problem.

I eat a very healthy nutritious lifestyle so seeing the prices on the frozen fruit, packaged meat and electrolyte juices blew me away. I'll definitely continue shopping here for chicken breast as well as the frozen fruits/ vegetables. I love the frozen strawberries- they're so delicious after a couple seconds in the microwave on defrost. The frozen section for fruits and vegetables is great! The electrolyte juices are cheaper here than other nearby places too. Unfortunately, the employees were pretty rude. When walking to the front of the store, I was signalled by an elderly woman sitting out the front to walk to the other end of the shopping carts to get a trolley. She just sat there and pointed her hand in an aggressive manner. I assumed that she wanted me to go to the other side to get a trolley- so I did. Wasn't the nicest way to start the experience. In parallel, there was a large amount of carts that had produce to be put on shelves lying around. They were all over the place. Blocking isles and produce that customers could have been interested in. Worse, no one seemed to care about doing their job and stacking the shelves. There were plenty of workers standing around not doing anything (looking kind of lost to be honest). The older employees are definitely more rude than the younger ones. The times I've gone through the checkout the woman serving me as just thrown my produce around. No care whatsoever if anything was to be bruised or damaged. I also learned that they don't take apply pay, only some kind of "Walmart pay" which I hadn't hear of prior. I learnt to bring my credit card for the future times. Overall, the produce that I buy for my lifestyle is great. Very affordable frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, frozen meats, chicken breast, packaged meats (like the tuna and salmon), electrolyte packages and fresh produce. I would not recommend going if you are relying on customer service because there is none. When I go, I go get my produce and then just go through self check out. There's certainly better, cleaner and more friendly grocery stores nearby.

This place was actually very nice, but people here are super rude and a lot of what I call "white trash" I'm sorry but it is true. They look down on you here if you aren't a white person. PRIVILEGE AS THEY THINK THEY ARE, THIS ISN'T JIM CROW DAYS! Hunny please, take down your crown. They have a variety of items here that are nicely put together but the service here is as terrible as a Dollar Tree store that has racist staff members. We came here on a nice Saturday early evening to buy some Reynold wraps because all Wal Mart somehow was low in stock and this one is the only one that carries them. The staff was horribly racist and giving me the evil eye. They even gave my fiancé the evil look because he is African. Please hunnie, this ain't your time anymore. The person ringing us up was terrible too. This Wal Mart is a racist son of a B! BYE For being a racist, 4 stars are knocked down and I wish I can give it no stars or -1,000,000

I don't like to write bad reviews but today my experience was terrible. The cashier seemed to be having a terrible day throwing everything and I guess at this store they don't help put away your groceries. It's the worst Customer service I've received. My mother had to make a comment about her throwing the groceries as she checked us out for her to slow down. Now the line wasn't busy at all. When I kindly asked if we packed our groceries or they helped she said "oh I only if my line isn't busy I try to help but if not you do it" now very stupid of her that she then got someone else to check out and both of our groceries where there making her delay on checking her out. I didn't even get a receipt and I had my toddler for me to go back to get it. But if managers read this, she is Hispanic with a man hun and shaved sides. Provide the proper customer service training to make your customers experience pleasant. I work customer service and I would never make anyone feel that way. Perhaps frontline isn't for her.

I always like to do shopping in Walmart, and I always like to use the "self service" to check out. I haven't met any problems until today. Here was what I am upset about it: There had 3-4 self service pay counters being used, the young man ONLY purposely shamed on me: 1) He checked my every items that I paid, he found nothing wasn't paid, then he accused me didn't pay a gallon of water which labeled by "State Bros" and it was paid as the one refilled water(29 cents) of the total three gallons. 2) The truth is: If you're theft (s), you always think other people steal you as you always wanted to steal others. It's why the young man even he was next to me/ full attention watching on me when I checked out, he still worried because he is retarded, he couldn't finger out who are the real possible people will steal things. This kind worker just tries to bother customers to get pays but really can't do anything. 3) If he has a little bit of brain, he should realize I am an old/noble lady who doesn't seem like to steal anyone. Stealing is not shame to him but it's very disgraceful to me. I have been always donate $100 weekly to a public organization for the last 20 years, why do I need to steal your couple of dollars things ? Stupid + retarded thoughts ! I understand some disabled workers in Walmart, but mental retardated should not work for customer service areas.

I like the store and the prices, however the customer service is horrible. There are a few employees that seem to work hard and are friendly but the rest are basically useless. It has nothing to do with the pandemic because I've been shopping this store since it opened since it is around the corner from my house. Now, during the pandemic, they have an employee, sometimes a couple, who stand outside leaning on the wall reminding people to wear a mask. Even with several employees standing around, it seems not one them has the job to get baskets. I along with several others had to walk back out to the parking lot to find a basket. This store must have a terrible manager!

I don't know why this doesn't get 5 -stars , this grocery store is cheaper than ANY grocery store in the area. The shelves are stocked & the associates are friendly-- the best time to shop is in the morning any AM time the worst time to shop is any PM time --- the discounted bakery products is in the back near the deli--

Walmart is just a sucky company pretty much all their stores are. The scooters for disabled or elderly customers are never plugged in and charged or working. everyone is rude. prices are never right and no one fixes them. lines are always long and bathrooms are always dirty. once of the worst companies ever!

I don't usually do the whole review thing bUt damn this time I couldn't just let it go. This HAS to be the worst grocery store in the whole Inland empire almost half the fruits and othe things in the produce section were over a week expired. Then you mention it to any of the employees they just give you attitude as if to say "then just don't buy it" Someone needs to pay attention to these problems and not just pass the buck.

Employees are really nice. Store is clean and nice. However I did not have a good experience with their store manager Esmerelda. She was very rude. I just had a simple question to. Just didn't make time to help out a shopper. We are the reason you have a job. So remember that.

I want to like this place more- I like it enough to wish they would build one closer to my house! lol I stop here so often because the prices are right and it is not as crowded as their regular stores BUT the last time I stopped by they only had three check stands open and probably 20 people standing in line- and I STILL might have waited in line, but you were out of my husbands Almond Breeze Milk. So no sale this time. I loved self checkout too bad. I will still shop here- but just close if you are going to do construction or maybe post it outside somewhere? "Be prepared to be patient" LOL because then I might try harder to be.

Love the pharmacy here... and the store but the people at the pharmacy are very nice, understanding, helpful and for me close by. I never get the run around about my prescriptions. Believe me I've been to ALOT of Pharmacies in the last 6 years because of Cancer and other things as you get older. Finding a pharmacy that is willing to get to know you and giving you respect and actually care, all of them there! It's a huge weight off your shoulders. I love it there. Thanks guys!

I had a high school banquet so I went to the Deli to order some grinders and I preferred 3" over 2" slices. I got great service and great recommendations as to the preparations. When I came to pick them up they were on time and they looked very fresh. Great service great help I great smiles. I will come back there again

Terrible customer service. Never answer phones and if they do you will be transferred at least 5 times before getting to the right person that doesn't have a answer. Do yourself a favor don't use Walmart. Com
