The worst experience ever the guy at the drive thru with a lip tattoo on his neck wow can management please get him help. He kept messing up my order then got mad at me for trying to tell him. He even took my Corn dog back.

Victor has a terrible attitude. My boyfriend and I stopped here for him to try for the first time as he never tried it before, he moved here from out of state. He tried to ask about different items on the menu and Victor acted bothered saying we're wasting his time. He claimed he couldn't hear my boyfriend and was rudely asking if he was tired. My boyfriend was just a new customer to the menu, you should be accommodating enough to explain the menu to new customers without the nasty attitude like we're wasting his time on purpose. We took ourselves across the street to Carl's Jr. instead after that experience. The guy at Carl's Jr. was very nice and accommodating, maybe Victor should take a few lessons of customer service from the people from Carl's Jr. and maybe he'll be kinder and not lose more business for your establishment.

Staff was very polite, food is always good.

It's a little fast food joint. I'd never been here before, but it was okay. The brats and kraut were good. The place was small with limited seating and a very plain interior... might as well been in a burger King or mcdonalds... very cookie cutter fast food feel to the place. Service was fine - nothing exceptionally good or bad.

I would give it a five star but I don't rate fast food places with 5 stars. I love the vegan options they have whenever I'm craving fast food. About once every three months.

What's the point of being open late If you're not gonna answer the drive thru! It's honestly kind of ridiculous that the employees feel burdened to provide food as part of their job and will have attitudes the whole time. I've only encountered 1 polite employee. This ain't the Der wienerschnitzel I remember working for...
