My second time coming and my last. First time what should've been 15 min for my order took 40 mins bc the workers were messing around in the back and forgot about it so it was cold. The second time my order was wrong. The employees are messing around in the back the entire time a whole new staff is needed. I recommend making the drive to eastvale or the riverwalk location if you want good service and great food! (Edit 6 years later) the restaurant has seen a lot of improvement over the years. It’s now always clean and orders come out perfect. I was greeted but Daniel and Enrique. Thank you two for the amazing hospitality and fresh tenders.

Bad service. They called my name up and when i went up, no one handed me my food. I waited 10 mins more, i had already waited 40 mins. I got up again to ask about my order and one of the workers just stared at me and kept talking. All the workers were just talking and talking. And then when I finally get my food, they forgot my chicken tenders yet they managed to put the fries and carrots that were apart of it.

I ordered 40 minutes ahead of my lunch to be able to go have lunch with my daughter at school. My order wasn’t ready I had to wait 30 minutes & by the time I got to her school we only had 10 minutes to eat together. So disappointing.

I had such a pleasant experience tonight. Wings usually take 15 minutes or longer to get but I got them in less than 10. They had plenty of sauce (sometimes the wings are only partially covered). But I think the most shocking part was my interaction with the staff here. It looked like they were busy making food but one of the staff immediately said hi and asked how they can help as soon as I walked in the door. I walked back to my car for a couple minutes and when I walked back in to sit down, Jessica asked what the name for the order was and said it was ready. I made a joke about it should take longer so I can read, and she was engaged in the conversation. It wasn’t superficial, flirtatious, or overbearing, but it made me feel…. comfortable. Like I was already sitting on my couch on Sunday morning watching football comfortable. Jessica and the staff treated me like I wasn’t just another customer, but a person. Management is killing it in hiring or they have an amazing training program because there’s no way they got lucky. Well done WingStop Jurupa Valley ◡̈
