ā 1 Star ā Absolutely the Worst Wingstop Experience Ever
Iāve been a loyal Wingstop customer for years and have never had a problem ordering a variety of flavorsāuntil I came to this location. I simply asked to order 5 wings of each flavor, something Iāve done at multiple Wingstop stores without issue. But here? The manager and cashier flat-out refused. No explanation. No attempt to help. Just a rude, dismissive āwe donāt do that here.ā
What kind of customer service is that? If other Wingstop locations can accommodate a reasonable request like that, why is this store so unwilling to do the same? It felt like they just didnāt want to be bothered. The manager clearly lacked any sense of hospitality or flexibility, and the cashier was just as unhelpfulārolling their eyes like I was asking for something outrageous instead of just trying to enjoy the food your chain is known for.
This store clearly doesnāt value customer loyalty or satisfaction. I wonāt be coming back, and Iāll be telling everyone I know to avoid this location. Do better.

My second time coming and my last. First time what should've been 15 min for my order took 40 mins bc the workers were messing around in the back and forgot about it so it was cold. The second time my order was wrong. The employees are messing around in the back the entire time a whole new staff is needed. I recommend making the drive to eastvale or the riverwalk location if you want good service and great food! (Edit 6 years later) the restaurant has seen a lot of improvement over the years. Itās now always clean and orders come out perfect. I was greeted but Daniel and Enrique. Thank you two for the amazing hospitality and fresh tenders.
