Breakfast is one of the worst meals to have cold. And it was, no discernible heat. When I mentioned it, waitress said 'I took it right when it came up' - what's your point, I'm lying, it's not your fault, what?Obv as a paying customer I don't care whose fault it is, it's not right - and she didn't even apologize, much less offer something. The fact it was cold, then the response, makes me wary to go back here. Too bad, 'cos the flavors were good, but if it had been handled differently I'd be more inclined to think it was a one-off, or at least they were sorry I had a cold breakfast.

I had the absolute pleasure of coming to live oak grill and ordering takeout for my family. It was early afternoon after their Sunday breakfast rush. I could tell the servers and kitchen staff was exhausted from the day but every single person I interacted with while I waited for our order was absolutely wonderful. The servers where kind and friendly and the kitchen staff was still having fun with each other. I am SO glad we ordered our meal from here and supported their business. I can’t wait to come here again, hopefully for dine in. Thank you live oak.

Farmers skillet is awesome ?. Comes with a Biscuit and gravy which is decent. Owner is pretty awesome. Good proportions; not too much and definitely not too little. The steak, honestly not the best but we love this spot and will keep coming back.

After having me wait 10 mins then to tell me there's a 40 min wait for to go orders. This place doesn't seem organized and the communication between the wait staff and cooks its like listening to your parents argue about something they mis heard.

The food was cold... One of ur kitchen staff came out after we had already put our order in and had been waiting 20 min already... To tell us my husband couldn't have a ceser salad cause there was no chicken then u the owner came out and said check before u tell the customer no on something. The gravy was terrible. The service was slow and the food was cold and my husband had asked for extra Caesar dressing which our waitress never even brought until after we were done eating. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food and all we got was a chicken fried steak, an a cheese burger and a Caesar salad. Way over priced..the service sucked and the owner was right there... I will never eat here again but thank you.

Great breakfast place. The staff is always helpful and so pleasant. Took my 4 year old and 3 month old and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my kids. Thank you all, tou made this dad feel special and welcomed with my kids.

I just want to say this is my favorite breakfast spot. We get breakfast here almost every Sunday. I like my corned beef hash fresh and crispy and that is exactly what I get every time without fail. The staff is friendly and attentive and the cooks in the back always give me a wave and a smile when I walk in. When I ask for a bowl of fruit it is always fresh and flavorful never hard or bland. I've been a breakfast cook for a lot of my culinary career and believe me Live Oak knows what they are doing. Eggs aren't always easy to get right but they crush it every time. So thank you so much for all you guys do and keep up the amazing breakfast
