My family has been regular POGO customers for quite awhile,but I think we won't go there anymore because of an employee,Noah. A friend went to POGO'S recently and received a tainted sandwich. He knows it was done on purpose because Noah made it clear,he was very annoyed at my friend, Noah verbally complained having to retrieve my friend 's sandwich. CAUTION SHOULD BE USED WHEN NOAH WAITS ON YOU. My friend became violently ill after consuming the sandwhich....

The quality of the pizza rates the five stars. What is noteworthy here is that the recipe must be very, very close to the original recipe used at Round Table Pizza in the 1970s and 1980s. The only flavor note missing is the black pepper Round Table used to bake into the bottom of the crust. But if you remember those days when Round Table began, this pizza will put you back in time. Less expensive than most pizza chains too. It's a small hole in the wall place but Kelseyville is such a great little American small town it's totally worth a visit. Lots of small business to support and good people still live here.

What bad service. They treated me badly. I asked for a meat pizza and they told me to wait. They talked and talked and nothing. I waited for 40 minutes. Then they gave me the pizza and without sauce. What bad service.
I am saddened to say that after years of enjoying Pogo's, I recently had a frustrating experience trying to place a pick-up order. I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and overheard the staff’s conversation when they accidentally unmuted the phone.
After being forgotten for a while, I hung up and called back. A different person took my order. An hr and 10 mins later, my brother went to pick up the order, and they claimed they had no record of it and sent him to another location. While on his way to the Riv, he called me and had to turn around because the order was made at the main st location in Kelseyville.
I tried calling Pogo's multiple times to clarify, but they never answered and even hung up on me. When my brother went back a 2nd, they were finally able to confirm the order, but the staff was rude and disorganized. Again, this was an overall regretful and disappointing experience.
12/6/24 Pogo's Pizza was slammed with overwhelming customers. The crew and their leaders held up to the challenge. Their performance was outstanding considering the amount of people rushing through the door. We ordered single slices outside for each of our family as well as an additional 3 full pizzas from inside to take home. We completely understood the wait time and we were happy to wait until after the parade for quality that we have all loved for many years. Highly recommend if you want the best pizza in the county.

I've only gone here twice and both times the pizza was excellent! The crunch of the crust has the satisfying crunch I can't describe. Definitely one of my local favorites! Try it you won't regret it
