I’m never the type to leave a review but I was disappointed with the staffs attitude If I could give zero stars on the service I would.

Honestly it's alright half the time I go, sometimes they skimp heavily on meat or forget items like queso, chips, salsa, etc.but when they don't forget stuff and actually load it up, it is good, which is half the time. Always fresh, the staff are nice and fast.

Why are they opening stuff that we have readily avilable to us, we have all of the mexican food in the word, we need anything but a chipotle (You already know they'll raise, not lower prices in response)

Ive beeb at the pickup window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acklowedge me, its 8:41 and pickup was 8:30

Just went in today and had such a great experience with the girl that was helping us! Very good customer service on her part! She was handling all the customers on her own but still gave perfect portions and was still patient with us!

As promised, I am writing my first and likely last review of this establishment. Let me be very clear: I was FOOD POISONED. On July 31st at 9:40pm, I visited this Chipotle. While the customer service was good and the restaurant itself was clean, the food was clearly not being monitored properly. If I were the franchise owner, this review would serve as the last warning. The night shift manager must be fired immediately.

Having worked part-time in the food industry, I know that meat temperatures must be checked and changed every 30 minutes to an hour—it is in fact the LAW. I am now forced to contact the local health department about this grave issue. I endured the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced, even worse than times I've traveled to third-world countries. The stomach pain was unbearable. I am extremely disappointed with Kermans, Chipotle. Do not eat 🙅🏻‍♂️

I had an amazing experience at Chipotle thanks to Adonis! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. He was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive while helping me customize my order. Best service I have had!

Went today with my family and the girl working the cash register tonight looked so miserable and was rude. Food is great but the service is horrible. Inside is really nice though and perfect for eating inside with everyone.

My wife and I ordered for pickup in the drive thru which is great. The carnitas burrito i got was the worst one I've ever had. Meat was dry and larger tough chewy bits mixed in. Wife had the same but in a bowl and it was the same way. I've ate at many locations here in the state and when traveling, always great burritos. Very disappointed. I will give them 1 more chance in a few months. It's a shame, was so excited to finally have one here in Kerman.

Food was cold, small portions and the worst part was the rice was literally RAW

This place JUST opened. I wanted to give them a chance. I spent $16 on straight garbage last night. Chicken was burnt, queso blanco was brown, really lumpy and not...queso'ing. Total bummer. I feel like they do this to customers at certain times of the day to limit the number of customers, balancing out the flow of business to the surrounding restuarants as a courtesy.

Went in yesterday. And already the staff looked like they were ready to retire, they looked defeated. I know the, they are new and give them time, spiel, but it wasn't a great experience. We won't be returning as we spend 80 bucks for 2 burritos & 2 burrito bowls. The manager had attitude when we told him the coke was out. They had no steak. We had wait a good while, after we paid upfront, no one came to tell us or called us up when the steak was ready. My family was disappointed.
