I love Denny’s but this Kerman Denny’s has the worst customer service with the rudest employees ever. I will never come here again. Only thing good to say about this place is the cook’s cooking. Go to another Denny’s where your patronage is actually appreciated.

Worst dennys took more than 50 minutes to take out order. No one else was at the restaurant rude waitresses looks like they didn’t even want to be at the job!! Went in at 2:00 am on 09-15-2024. Got kicked out because “they had to take lunch”.

The waiter was not doing her job I had to ask 3 times for my creamer to the point I got up and went to the waiter then she took for ever to bring out set ups on top of that food was not done ass asked. Worse costumer service ever! Only 3 tables occupied had to ask for napkins , got 2 than ask for silverware got one fork . There were two of us there!Never got any refill on drinks which was empty before the food came. After all done than had to ask for more tea, and got a warm glass of tea NO ICE ! Really ? Waitress acted like everything was a inconvenience. Food was good restaurant was clean costumer service terrible needs work !

The new pumpkin pancakes are the best !! Definitely a must try on your next visit and the kids like there say it 3x slam was cute decorated and the kids enjoyed it!!

Today 8/9/24 I went to have a decent meal with my daughters. First of all the waiter had the worst customer service ever. When drinks come out my daughter accidentally spills her drink, I notified the waiter about the accident. Waiter comes with a towel and hands it to me, so that I can clean it up, I was like ok, my daughter spilled I’ll clean it up. When I open the towel to clean, the towel was full of black longer hair. Discussing! I asked her for another towel, she hands me napkins and a trash can so that I can clean up and throw it away. Food was a 3 out of 10. Never again will I ever consider going there! When leaving I asked the waiter for a to go cup because my daughter still had her smoothy at that point I just want to leave. Waiter comes with a to go cup and gives it to my daughter to pour the drink herself. What an awful experience. And to tope it off I paid almost 100 on a horrible service. I’m not a complainer especially on our businesses here in Kerman. But I just want to create awareness. People want to have a good decent meal and service.

The Cheese Sticks, had a very well taste/texture. My son loved the bourbon chicken skillet, served to us steaming. The service was great, the two young gentlemen, Sabriel and Gilbert, served us. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. My family and I do plan to come again soon to this Denny’s.

Denny’s in Kerman is different. I am so used to not having good experiences at dennys however the one in Kerman seems to do a good job. I went in to have lunch by myself and even though it was busy I was seated and served quickly. Maria did a great job and was super friendly. I had the nachos for the first time and they were amazing. I will be going back!
