My bread bites was soaked in butter. I called to ask if that was normal and a guy said yes they always get completes. They never bothered to make it right. Waste of money.

I came in today at around 7PM, I placed my order around 6:40pm, the lady on the phone had said it would be 25-30minutes. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light tomato sauce. I didn’t ever say extra light I just said light sauce. I got home and the pizza seemed old like the free medium unpaid pizzas the girl had given me as well. The crust wasn’t fresh, it was hard like stale when biting into it. I’ve never had this issue before when asking for light sauce, but this time just wasn’t it.

Excuse me sir I paid for my pizza with cash in which you handled and you immediately went to the line to make the pizza without washing your hands or putting gloves on....
Dominos Employee: "Well, when the pizza goes in our oven, the fire and heat kills off all the germs an bacteria so uh😐....i dont see it as a problem."
Me: Are you serious? Have you been doing this all day? To everyone? Have you washed your hands even once?!
Dominos Employee: "I've been doing it this way since Ive started working here. Look, its no big deal if you want me to wash my hands i'll wash my hands. I don't because it takes time away from being productive and the fire kills all germs."
Me: Unbelievable😤. Yes please thoroughly wash your hands. Im feeding 4 toddlers. I am not trying to deal with explosive diarrhea an stomach viruses.

Me: Thats the one you started making before you washed your hands and you went back to finish making it as if the contamination disappeared bro c'mon.
Dominos Employee: "BRO the fire in the oven will kill off all the Germs and bacteria."
Me: *visibly irritated* I donated 3 pizzas to the needy at the park, 1st telling them the young man who made them probably picked his nose or scratched his bum while making it.
These kid employees have very little to no standards or respect for others, especially while on the job. They cannot recognise or acknowledge a superior.

They completely messed up my order. Didn't give me the right wings and pizza. Im from out of town so it wasn't worth driving back. Make sure you open all of your boxes before you leave.

Waited in line and the manager was by herself. She was rude and stopped helping customers due to food being in the oven. Then she took sweet time while there was a line. Meanwhile food that’s ready is getting cold and food in the oven is getting overcooked. She should have taken care of the food that was in the oven and on the shelf before taking more orders.

Honestly I used to love domino’s but today I ordered take out and my order was partial missing. When I called about it the manger Karen was acting like a Karen being very rude and did not accept the fact they messed up my whole order. By the time they came, I lost my appetite and her rude attitude ruined my whole weekend.(POOR DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Dominoes just lost a customer. Now, I know they can survive without my business, but I usually ask for my pizza extra well done. And usually I have no issues. But one rep said he could not cook it to my liking. So I went elsewhere and they even let me look at it to make sure it was to my liking. So I will be going there from now on.

I ordered on December 2 2023 and the front desk Lady she took my order she couldn’t make my pizza right it was like she threw it on there very messy I waited 1 hr even the man that was looking at the people receipt at the door said when is your pizza going to be ready found out it was sitting there the front desk lady didn’t bothered to call me when it was ready this is the second time she works the night shift she should be fired .if I rated this it would be a zero
Parking: The parking was great plenty of room , Very poor service at dominos pizza they need to fired the front desk Lady at night shift at inside the 14061 w Walmart center on whitebridge ave in Kerman .i was passing buy I seen it open at 9:00 pm thought I get a pizza .never again I wouldn’t recommend to go here I should’ve went to Pizza Hut or other one .i was in the area I pass never again .
