Terrible loading zone placement, trucks block the only visible/obvious entrance, also kinda rude on the phone. And my grilled cheese is burnt.

Kerman location is the worst to visit if you want fast food. They will ask you to park in front to wait for your order every single time regardless if there is a line or not in the drive thru. Tonight there are 5 cars in front waiting for orders.
Came by through Drive thru, expecting to go in and get out fast, since there was no one else in line nor inside eating. I placed my order just as it is on the receipt. I was charged correctly. Until I got to the window, that I had to wait about 30 minutes, I was asked for what number I had ordered on the menu, specifically what buttery jack. When I said it correctly what I wanted so in my opinion there shouldn’t be any confusion. Then I noticed a white female on the larger side, talking on her cell (having a full phone call). Then after getting my order and I checked it I received a buttery bacon burger with not even full sized bacon slices and a Swiss cheese. I came back, hadn’t even left the drive through, and asked them to fix it as that is not what I ordered. It looked like they didn’t even remake the whole thing they just added the condiments, lettuce tomato, etc.
I’m genuinely shocked to see this is how they are “taught” at a new job. And that they don’t even know their own menu items. I got home and everything is cold. The cheese on my burger isn’t even fully melted. And the fries are small like leftover pieces. Spent about $30 just for it to not be right and waiting in the drive through for more than 30 minutes, that’s ridiculous!

Only one in line had to wait twenty minutes and the food tasted like some kind of cleaning product. 🤢
Food was cold. The cheese wouldnt even melt. They got our simple order wrong. Kept on taking care of the drive-thru without taking care of the lobby. Floor was sticky and gross. And all this AFTER I raved to my elderly dad about how good Jack was. Only two employees on duty. Bunch of crap.

They were great other fast food restaurants are slow or get your order wrong Jack in the Box was just a great place I recommend this fast food restaurant
Placed a simple order through drive-thru for a meat lovers breakfast burrito & small iced coffee. We were the only customers in drive-thru and were asked to please wait at the front for our order. Recieved a poorly made breakfast burrito, the iced coffee was good though.
The last three times I’ve been there I have got the wrong order. Today I was given a snack wrap and one fry when I ordered two hamburger and fries meals. When I did get the correct order I was given two fries there were half full and the fries were a small size. Never going back. Went at 2:30 today

There needs to be more workers staffed during nights. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and noticed there was only 2 people working. The person taking my order had amazing customer service despite the fact that they have every right to be rushed and overloaded.
Waited for literally an hour to be given our order and drive thru took almost a whole half hour after ordering in drive-thru and then told to park out front service is unacceptable

Worst service ever!! Had an online order due at approximately 1:30…. Stopped at the mic at drive thru no one answered waited 5 min till I finally drove to the window and waited another 5 min till they realized they had an online order they probably had to attend to since this Jack closes at 2am according to Google had a line behind me that Im pretty sure they didn’t attend to… employees were to busy cleaning the kitchen early to get a headstart and just go home a soon as it hits 2am …. Instead of attending to all the customers that keep Jack in the box running. They want to help themselves on a headstart to go home. This is by far the worst Jack in the box I’ve eaten!!!

(Right before i role up the window and drive up)
Employee: *Wretches and gags with disgust over the intercom🤢*
Realizing i might have heard her, she proceeds to be over the top nice and add all these sauces i didnt ask for.
