Worst service ever!! Had an online order due at approximately 1:30…. Stopped at the mic at drive thru no one answered waited 5 min till I finally drove to the window and waited another 5 min till they realized they had an online order they probably had to attend to since this Jack closes at 2am according to Google had a line behind me that Im pretty sure they didn’t attend to… employees were to busy cleaning the kitchen early to get a headstart and just go home a soon as it hits 2am …. Instead of attending to all the customers that keep Jack in the box running. They want to help themselves on a headstart to go home. This is by far the worst Jack in the box I’ve eaten!!!

(Right before i role up the window and drive up) Employee: *Wretches and gags with disgust over the intercom🤢* Realizing i might have heard her, she proceeds to be over the top nice and add all these sauces i didnt ask for.

It's after midnight. No one in the drive thru. I still had to wait more than 15 minutes for my meal. Very disappointed in the serivice. How is the wait so long when no one is waiting for them to be done? Stick with McDs...or just go home.

Tried to order inside staff was very disconnected. We walked out after waiting 10 mins. It seemed like the drive thru was priority. But even with that said the staff only had 1 person who seemed like she was trying. The cook and what I presume is the manager probably the worst manager had no interest to their position or customers. They were moving so slow like they hate life. If you are unhappy with your position then find a better job or hire better staff. Probably the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to.

First-timer here, and unfortunately, it'll also be my last. Despite being the only customer, my order took over 30 minutes. I overheard a mix-up with another customer's order, and the staff seemed confused and disorganized. When I finally received my food, I double-checked it, which seemed to annoy the employee. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Took kids to get milk shakes and Javier helped us in the drive through :) he had our order fast and the service was very friendly :) haven’t been to this location in awhile and I can say the customer service definitely improved

I placed a mobile order 15 mins prior to just stop and pick up, i went drive thru with no one there and still had to wait 15 minutes for my food
I went on a Friday night just before 10pm and it was closed. The hours of operation on the door said the restaurant was open till midnight and the drive thru was possibly 1am. I can't really recall the drive thru time but there was a cone blocking the drive thru and the door to the restaurant was closed.

If you want hot food, go thru drive thru, as I stood and watched my food sit while all the drive-thru got their orders.. get my burger and meat not even hot enough to melt the cheese and fries are warm but soggy/soft.

Hello today i purchased 2 #7 the bacon ultimate and after i got my meal i found that the burgers didn’t have no bacon on them and had to go back and get bacon plus both burger patties were extremely dry the fries also feel like they were re fried and not fresh. I was warned by my gf not to go here because people been saying the service has dropped drastically since it opened and today i found out that the service still isn’t good like before.
