I really like this store I order food from here all the time. But the way I was treated today was absolutely disgusting. I have a 30 minute lunch I ordered my food 20 minutes ahead of time so when I come it can be ready or I won’t have a long wait. When I got there I told the woman I had a door dash pick up. And she very nonchalantly told me no and turned around and just walked away and very rude! So I go ask the man at the register because like she didn’t even explain to me or help me try to figure anything out. She wouldn’t even look at my phone where I was trying to show her my order was confirmed. Just say no and walk away? I even had to raise my voice and I am not like that! I work for a restaurant and we do not treat people this way! I would understand and you guys were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. I will not be coming here anymore because the way I was treated. And I hope the owner teaches their employees how to treat people.
