Foods so cold and I know you guys need to be meeting temps to even be selling. This food def not even warm lol. Crazy ! & the fries and nuggets are dark which means your oil is nasty smh. Oh yea not to mention EVERY TIME I come here something’s missing from my order. You need a new GM ASAP ! Or better shift managers !

One of the employees made me pay for someone else’s food and afterwards when I asked to get my money back, they only gave me half the money and I had to ask again for the rest of the money. We went back and foward for about 10 minutes and finally i got my money back. Horrible employees.

Food was hot and I had them remake hambuger no catsup they did not problem.
We went to McDonald's and we ordered and they said can you park at stall 2 and we got out of the drive though we saw a another car parked at stall 2 so we parked at stall 1. And 10 minutes past and someone finally came out and we said someone park there before us and the guy read us our order and we said no it's wrong and the guy went inside a couple minutes past I went in and I spoke to the cash register person and I told the person that we've been waiting for a meal about for 15 minutes and the person walked away and she came back and said they had already given us our order but they didn't give us our order. A couple more minutes a different person came and said can we help you and I said we still haven't got our order, somebody said we got oir order but we didn't and the person said can I have your receipt and I gave it to her and she left for a couple minutes and she came back and said we're just going to make it right now. A couple minutes past and we got our food went home and my fries were so cold. There has been more mess ups than good experiences sad to say.

Food is NEVER fresh. They give out old burgers that have been sitting there, the bread is hard and the patties are burnt. Never any onions and only put one pickle on mcdoubles. The big macs are ALWAYS cold. The fries are also never fresh they are always hard and stale. Once i got a burger with NO PATTY, how does that even happen??? This location is one of the worst in the valley.

If you are not from Kerman, I would recommend to just wait until you get to Fresno if you want McDonalds. Associates here are very rude and unprofessional. I asked to please make sure my fish sandwich was well cooked. The previous time I got it it was not cooked well. To make a long story short they decided to burnt it. On top of that I asked if O could please have some water and the girl on the window got annoyed by my request and whispering something. If I could I would a 0 star review. This happened on 11/11/2024 around 10:20pm.
