There’s always a long wait and the food is stale. If I’m waiting a long time I would think the food were to AT LEAST be fresh.

Had to wait 20 minutes for an order which came out wrong. Got a happy meal hamburger and got a 6 nuggets happy meal. Went inside told them about the error. Was suppose to be a plain hamburger but instead got a hamburger with everything. My little one was not happy. Too many errors and wait time is long.

Before we headed to San Francisco nobody ate breakfast so we all stopped at Mc D's for Breakfast and off we went all 7 of us...Drive-up cashier was Polite w/our different orders...Lol

Foods so cold and I know you guys need to be meeting temps to even be selling. This food def not even warm lol. Crazy ! & the fries and nuggets are dark which means your oil is nasty smh. Oh yea not to mention EVERY TIME I come here something’s missing from my order. You need a new GM ASAP ! Or better shift managers !
One of the employees made me pay for someone else’s food and afterwards when I asked to get my money back, they only gave me half the money and I had to ask again for the rest of the money. We went back and foward for about 10 minutes and finally i got my money back. Horrible employees.
