I had my wife bring me my coffee Ordered online. I work about 10 mins away from Starbucks there’s no way the chocolate cream foam would have evaporated that quick and where in the hell is my Carmel. Now I have to sit here at work with this $10 coffe that I was ripped of. Not only that the customer service there is not the best for God sakes spread the joy it’s the holidays.

I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks recently. They never seem to have the items on the menu available, which is incredibly frustrating. After waiting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, they didn't even want to take our order. On top of that, the barista was rude, which made the experience even worse. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope they make some improvements soon.

This place is alright the drive through is usually full when I'm there though and well to get your drink it takes a long time because of many people so I wouldn't say the service is bad since they're always busy but lately they've been filling my cup full with ice but I can always ask for less ice so I guess I can say this place is okay

They punish you by making you wait 30 mins for a mobile order that you placed. I placed a mobile order in which a female jumped on speaker yelled in speaker upset to wait in front. Why wait if I would have placed the order in speaker with them I would get my order right then and there like everyone. Horrible customer service.
