I have come to this location couple of times and everytime the employees look miserable and not happy to be there. Also, the employees don't know what's on the menu or what's in the drink. He wanted to charge me for chocolate cream when it comes with the drink that I order which is the trenta chocolate cream cold brew. They need to know the menu before putting them on register.

I had my wife bring me my coffee Ordered online. I work about 10 mins away from Starbucks there’s no way the chocolate cream foam would have evaporated that quick and where in the hell is my Carmel. Now I have to sit here at work with this $10 coffe that I was ripped of. Not only that the customer service there is not the best for God sakes spread the joy it’s the holidays.

I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks recently. They never seem to have the items on the menu available, which is incredibly frustrating. After waiting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, they didn't even want to take our order. On top of that, the barista was rude, which made the experience even worse. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope they make some improvements soon.
