This place will never disappoint! From being greeted at the door to the amazing family feel. Then you get hit with some of the most amazing tasting food to send it through the roof. Great experience all around ! Great place for making memories

Amazing restaurant, bar and lodging. The owner Jim is an outstanding owner and is kind courteous and very patient with his staff and patrons. I went for my 60th Birthday, where I dined solo and comfortably enjoying the most juiciest filet minion with a side lobster tail. Salad and asparagus was to die for. I have been to many high-end steak houses, but this by far was the most delicious and kind establishment that I have ever ate at. Since I now live only 5 minutes away...I will definitely be back!

Beautiful. The surrounding nature is just wonderful. Really peaceful at night, very comfortable beds. The room (1) was newly renovated and really matches the environment.
We ate at the Steakhouse, I had a beautiful Porterhouse that was absolutely delicious 🤤. The service impeccable and the owner/manager always comes over to make sure you are having a good time.
The drinks were well balanced and crafted just right 👍. We had our fill, then went outside to listen to the live band. They were also pretty good. A little limited in their cover songs, but decent.

A wonderful visit to the history of the Kern river as a destination for guests and visitors from around the west. This history is still alive at McNally's, activites for all ages. Food that's been some of the finest steaks with service to match. If you are a fan of bourbon and classic music, they go hand in hand at this fine bar with outdoor dining. Truly a unique and memorable dining experience. So fine!

I only stopped here for about 20 mins a couple of weeks ago for a cheeseburger on my way back down the mountains after see the sequoias. The cheeseburger was good and hit the spot, but I was tired and a little distracted and I accidently left my backpack behind. I was really bummed when I realized and wasn't able to go back for it.

When I called, everyone I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and understanding. They worked with me to coordinate shipping my backpack home. Everyone I spoke to had clear, consistent, and friendly communication. I just got my backpack in the mail the other day, and I am so happy to have it back.

Though we haven't been able to eat here I just want to say staff are very friendly and helpful. We got a flat and there is no cell service. They let us connect to wifi so we could call AAA.

Beautiful location on the river, an oasis when you’re 15 miles north of Kernville. Friendly staff, plenty of items in their general store, the only WiFi in the area, well water, and excellent food. Grateful for their kindness.

If I could go be them a 10 I would. Went for dinner with my grandson and granddaughter in law for their 10 year anniversary. We were seated right on time and the service was above and beyond what I expected, everything was delicious from the zucchini and salad and our meals. The atmosphere is beautiful and again I just want to complement the servers on their excellent service this evening. It was wonderful. The owner walked around and ask everyone how their dinner was which was very nice..

We stopped in for a dinner, Great Food it's a bit pricey but I can say it was worth it steak was great and atmosphere was awesome, when we were done the owner even came out and greeted all of us had live music outside all and all I definitely recommend the steak house and I most certainly will be stopping in again on my next trip.

Horrible service; don't expect your food to be served until an hour or hour and a half later according to the manager. Had to leave because they just seem to forget about our food, then manager gives you horrible attitude. I don't think making a hamburger and some chicken tenders takes longer than 15-20 min.

Food is a little pricey, but the Atmosphere makes up for it

These amazing people have to deal with upwards of 15 of the dirtiest, mind, and body humans and treat us like we were millionaires. Food is AMAZING!

We had a great experience at Mcnally’s. We were served by two very helpful and kind waitresses — Hailey and Carrie, who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was delicious and the ambience is relaxing with the river view if you choose to eat outside. We ended up ordering the porterhouse, zucchini fries, and the pardner platters which were all excellent.
