Folks that drive the stretch of Interstate 5 between the Grapevine and Interstate 580 know there is not much out there in terms of fast food places to stop to eat. One of my go to stops is the Carls Jr in Kettleman City. It has been a solid choice for me for the past 12 years. The food is served hot and fresh. Taste pretty good. Better than most other CJs. As is the customer service.

I ordered a famous star with cheese combo and it was so good, the food was made all fresh,fries were well salted and the employee up front was so polite and positive. I needed time to look at the menu and they would make offers and created a nice environment for me and didn’t stress about me taking my time on deciding my order. If I could give this store a 10 stars I would.
